The alarm going off and the length of time it took to shut it off.

The room, property and staff were great. However, the fire alarm was blaring for about 7-10 minutes at like 7:30 am. They took a long time to address the issue and my sleep was interrupted. Otherwise, everything else was great.

All types a people all hours of the day and night hanging out at the entrances, room smelled old, was there for 2days no new linen, had to get the ice tray from the manager it was just not worth the price.

The bathroom wasn't really clean, and there were cracks everywhere. The shower was dirty, I had to put a towel down inside just to stand in it. The vent had a horrible stench l.

Too expensive for what they provide to offer As a suit; kitchen utensils are very limited. The room can accommodate 4 people but there are only two plate, two fork, etc. No coffee, No cutting board, no cutting knife, no big bowl for salad. Accumulation of dust can be observed. Due to water saving it takes longer time both in the bathroom and kitchen. There was a strange odor/smell. However, I could not understand where it was coming from.

The hotel is located very close the main road exit. İt is very easy to access everywhere including shopping and food. The location is also good except located in between roads. The staff is very helpful and professional. The beds are OK. Cleanliness is also OK. The kitchenette seems to be OK but needs improvement. The beds are good, comfortable and clean. There are enough pillows. The towels are soft and clean but not large enough.

Breakfast facility is good, and provide sufficient /items material for breakfast . Its suggested to increase the timing from 9.30.AM to 10.00AM if possible .

Bed was the worst, very hard and too high. The floor was not clean, we found someones pill on the floor. The toilet was wobbley. There was alot of strange odors including strong marijuana at any given time. Too much noise coming from the street. People hanging out in front of building.

It's an extended stay so you have a lot of "unfortunate" people that are loitering around all over the outside of the premises. The building stays locked but they all "live" there. Felt a little unsafe

I had to move my room to the 4th floor. The guest upstairs were stomping and banging throughout the night.

It was clean,comfortable and peaceful after my room was changed to the top floor.

The front desk clerk was awesome! when we checked in. We had a front room right over the front entrance, and people (staff and hotel guests)were in front having loud conversations. I asked for non-smoking, but the whole floor and our room reeked of smoke. The other guests above us walked extremely hard and kept dropping a heavy object all night. Other guests kept slamming the door all night. When we were leaving out, my husband spoke to a housekeeper, and she didn't speak back.

All guest have to put a decal inside of our vehicle on the dashboard show that we are a guest at woodspring but if you forget to place the decal inside of your vehicle you will get a ticket
