No coffee machine in room. No coffee in the ENTIRE Hotel! No desk lamps, only overhead lamps. Very thin walls-- I had to go out to get earplugs. The neighbor's snoring was atrocious. Although the bed was made, it wasn't made neatly. I wasn't sure if housekeeping had changed the bed or just left it as it was. I had to look to make sure the sheets were clean. Front desk was closed and locked at 8am and at 9am. No help available.

Stayed on 2nd floor. Hall STUNK of dogs, smelt like a kennel. Met a guy with 2 LARGE, 80 pounds plus dogs in the hall. Bed was HORRIBLE! Plenty of noise all night. Then at 5;30 AM was woke by SEVERAL big dogs barking in different rooms around me and a guy POUNDING on another persons door, yelling F... this and F.. that . He is going to pound the door down, call the police and go down and smash his windshield if he doesn't answer the door. This went on for at least 10 minutes. Needless to say it was impossible to go back to sleep.

I enjoyed everything in hotel and room also washers and dryers and snack machines also the manager is kind with great attitude and takes care of her building and employees are very friendly, despite all the rumors u hear about this place I would rate this an 10+ I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, I will be back someday.

The hotel was nasty. Our room had dead flies in the floor After being supposedly cleaned. Our room smelled bad of ammonia inside our room into the hall. The front lobby and hall smelled of marijuana. The beds were not clean. The floors looked like they never been mopped. There were prostitution going on outside the hotel in the parking lot. We asked for a refund and they would not refund our money. We checked in at 3 and was gone by 5. We ended up staying at a friends house that we was in town visiting. I would NOT recommend this place to my dog!!!! We had our children with us and they were terrified!! JUST DONT DO IT!!!

The only thing we liked was the location.

We arrived at 10pm parking lot was full of guys hanging out drinking. Front Desk was closed the man that answered the phone they had us use told me he would be down to get us a room in a little while I told him I didn't feel safe in his parking lot he came down 20 minutes later The room was clean but for a 100.00 I would think it would have at least a queen bed but no only a full size

Room was supposed to be non smoking,but smelled very bad on cigarettes. the room was very cold, uncomfortable, the bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Close to the highway ,a lot of noise coming from outside You are allowed to bring pets inside which sometimes make noise(bark) Not good place to stay if you need rest.

It was definitely not ADA Compliant. People with disabilities can not climb in and over a tub that is over 24 in high. Tried to go back to front desk on arrival and leaving but was closed. Very disappointing

Staff was escorted with armed security guards While checking in to hotel staff would not open up the window while checking us in. They literally were hidden behind a bullet proof screen. I was very uncomfortable and in fear for my safety

There is NO lobby, BOTH employee were out back smoking when we arrived and had to wait for 10 minutes before waited on. They didn't have our rooms correct and had to make changes last minute. They didn't give us rooms for the amount we were quoted on booking! One room was charged 20 more. We booked a room with fold out couch, they didn't have pillows for the person to use who was sleeping on the couch, which was my 10 year old daughter. The remote to the tv didn't work AND the room was no where near worth $100!!!! The bed set really high off the floor, the mattress was hard, and moved every time you rolled over. The frame made lots of weird sounds as you set on it. They had apparently taken down all the pictures off the walls and had just spackled over the wholes.

MOLD! I had to bleach Everything floor (laminate flooring) cabinets, bathroom, sinks, toilet, toilet seat was broken, and fridge. This place was gross. The only reason we didn’t leave right away is we had two dogs and it was hard to find a place that would let us have our dogs. People LIVE there like they get mail there. It has an Oder, I’m hope from so many different people cooking. Elevator very old and slow. We had a reservation for 7 days we left on day 3 after seeing 2 young men using drugs like sitting outside on rock as chairs stick a needle in the arm. We left as soon as I could find something else. I seen the cleaning lady using someone’s perfume, she also only charged out the sheets. She was in and out of the room in 5 minutes. It took her longer to use the persons perfume. When checking out the guys says ok you can go. I asked for a receipt as you have to prepay. This frustrated him. When I told him that the room was moldy and I had to clean it, his response was “yeah ZI will let them know” he then rolled his eyes.

We drove around the building trying to figure out where the entrance was. It was NOT obvious. One of our rooms smelled very musty and moldy.

The convenience to hwys., Multiple stores & restaurants in shopping square!!! Make SURE u hit Apple Bees for Pasta Con Broccoli!!! Little pricey BUT worth IT!!! 😋Full size grocery store in plaza as well.Deirbergs. Dollar Tree,Lowes, & many , MANY MORE to choose from!!! Thank you!!!✌️🐾🦋❤️
