This was the worse Suites I have ever been in. The one thing I think was terrible was the fact that I asked for a face towel and the girl told me they didn’t have any. That to me was unacceptable.

There were roaches in my room, someone burnt something in their room on the 2nd floor causing everyone to have to evacuate, I think there were illegal activities (prostitution & drugs) in front of the building - not safe for visitors, and finally clean towels were not offered nor was the trash taken out daily.

The location was convenient to the activities I plan to participate in; came in town for a 50 year class reunion.

The beds were not very comfortable. People coming off the elevator smelled like weed. The bathroom was not the cleanest, it was obvious that even though there are no smoking signs everywhere inside the building someone had put cigarettes down the drain in the tub and sink in our room.

The air conditioning was nice and cold. The price for the room I feel was fair. Staff was friendly.

Booking.com my room wasn’t ready the website overbooked. The very nice front desk clerk Ciara (I hope that is how it is spelled) cleaned a room for me and my family so that we could stay) I will never visit this rent for a week/month motel location ever. This brand hotel was a 1.5 star at best.

Online description of the property says 100%smoke free. That is definitely not the case. It smells of cigarette smoke from the moment you walk in and the room was awful. I mean it reeked of cigarette smoke it was awful. I had to give my son his inhaler. The weed smell in the hallways were also unbearable. Also when I was trying to check out around 9am staff was nowhere to be found. Dialed the number on the wall, no answer.

The property looks nice until you walk inside.

As we drove into the parking lot, i saw the price on the marquis was $20 less than the price on booking.com. Felt uncomfortable with the unprofessional staff and questionable characters in the lobby. The entire building smelled like pot. The room door was not hung correctly and it didn't latch nor would it lock without lifting the door and the hinge lock wasn't even functional. The room was on the 4th floor and the bathroom door looked like it had flood damage. The shower head was not on the setting that i wanted so when i twisted it hoping for more water pressure, water started shooting onto the ceiling. The refrigerator was filthy. The wall had 2 sets of dirty handprints in precarious placements. The bedding had what looked like mascara on it. Looked good on the outside but the inside...

The space was adequate. The microwave and bathtub look brand new.

Smell of marijuana in the hall. Toilet kept running all day and night. We moved table away from the wall so much dirt under the table . 2 chairs would been great in our room especially if you have 2 people in a room. Microwave was not cleaned couldn't use to warm our leftovers. Asked them to clean it while out at the beach came back ready to use and still was not cleaned. Called down to front desk asked if they had any cleaner for me to clean the microwave she said no she'll be up to clean it and she came up to clean the microwave. laundry room was a mess.

The trash around the parking lot. The trash is littered all on the side of the trash container not inside the trash container. There is poop and urine of dogs on the grass, walkways. No benches to sit outside at all.

Where should I begin? When we were checking in, we were asked if we wanted to see our rooms first, I didn't understand why until we got in the room. It was stated sale was final after paying. The photos on the website DO NOT REFELCT what reality truly is!!! Believe me, we looked at the website before going. We had 4 rooms total for my family. Three of the four rooms had live roaches in them. The kitchen sink in one room, flr 2, was off its hinge, smelled, had brown spots running down the wall and the tub was slimy and the vent was clogged above the shower. The smell on the 3rd floor was horrific and in the rooms. I had to go get my air fresher from my car to put in the room I was in, I was getting sick. The paint from the wall above the shower was peeling off into the shower, the vent was clogged above the shower, the kitchen area & microwave were filthy, (inside the fridge was surprisingly clean), and the bathroom tub was scary to get into too. Thankfully, I had Lysol wipes with me. Everything was wiped down from kitchen, bathroom, table and more. I had my Granddaughters with me and told them to not place their bags on the floor and to wear shoes at all times unless you are in the bed. There was mold around the windows in the other two rooms on the third floor along with the same issues with not feeling clean when you walk in a room. We were only going to be there for one night and not spend as much time there. Had we'd been there more than one night, I would have demanded our money back. Getting on and off the elevator, smelled like marijuana, not exactly what you want around your grand children. As far as that smell on the 3rd floor, I could not place my finger on it. I have no idea what it was. Three rooms on the third floor and two of my grand children were with their parents across the hall.
