We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe family upstairs had a young child who jumped on the floors for hours at one point. I thought he was going to come through the ceiling...extremely loud. Young children are full of energy so families with young children should be limited to the first level.

United StatesThere are no elevators to these condos. We were on the top (3rd) floor. Dragging bags and a ice chest up 3 flights of stairs is a lot! They did not tell us when we checked in...We are in our 50s, I would not advise it for older guests.

United StatesHVAC system seemed totally unresponsive and our 3rd floor room was constantly hot. Buildings are like apartment buildings and have no elevator. Refrigerator worked well after I turned the temperature down.
We slept very well in the Murphy bed, which actually surprised us. Great bathroom. Was nice to have a washer and dryer combo in the room.

Everything about this stay was perfect — seriously, if I could give it 10 stars, I would! The unit was spotless, cozy, and felt like home. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The property was peaceful, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. It was the perfect getaway spot and exceeded all expectations.

United StatesBooked a king bed with balcony got a queen Murphy bed and a tiny room with no balcony. Between the staff and the booking co I was bait and switched on rooms and im not OK with that. I will be contacting the MO attorney general on Monday if my money isbt either refunded or we get a comp 2 night stay for the bs involved in this stay
