You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was great. I reserved a 2 bedroom on Nov 13 2023. We were at the airport on Feb 28, 2024 and I received a call saying that the room was not available even tho they called on the 17th to verify my information and reservation. The put us in 2 separate rooms.

United States of AmericaDid not realize a time share vacation location not mentioned on booking.com. Uncomfortable feeling that every interaction could be a potential sales opportunity. Club Wyndham representatives are spread throughout tourist locations. I was questioned "how did I get a room without being a timeshare owner." Day before stay I provided reason for stay being a 10yr wedding anniversary. Would of prefer a room where balcony did not face the windows of an abandoned office building...mood killer did not end up using. Wouldn't take a room below level 4 if we returned.
Greeted by friendly front desk and concierge. Speedy and courteous valet, cleanliness of hotel, and spacious room.

AustraliaLa Cascada was very close to the centre of San Antonio without being in the centre and paying a fortune for a room. It's on the river so you could walk along the river and then into the RiverWalk where all the restaurants, bars and shops are. It's all very easy. There was a grocery store nearby and the room itself was great.

There was a posted sign outside our room first full day that our room had "been cleaned"..but it had not been, which was the only reason I found out about the policy of no cleaning during our stay. We were able to request additional towels, toilet paper, etc., and it would have been nice to know the expectations of the guests ahead of time.

United KingdomWe arrived early, and our room wasn't ready, but reception staff were quite dismissive. Felt rather perstered by concierge staff trying (I think) to sell timeshares.
Great room (actually, an apartment). Full kitchen, making catering a breeze. Very pleasant and helpful maintenance man who repaired, then replaced, a faulty fire alarm. Very pleasant and helpful car valets. Great location for San Antonio tourist sites.

United States of AmericaDirty room, breadcrumbs all over the tables, the phone in the room did not work, the cold water was very slow, the hot water was very powerful (almost burning us), not what we expected and paid for... Everything was reported to the hotel during the stay and when we left. Nothing was done. Our initial reservation, paid in Dec, nonrefundable, was cancelled, refunded in the day of our arrival because this hotel works in ownership regime and if the share owners decide to come in at any time, you are thrown in the street because they have priority over regular travelers, no matter if you paid in full long time ago. Please be aware of this enormous RISK when booking. No one notified us before arriving there about cancellation. Shocking how this is possible. No other hotels were available in that short time, because the city had La Fiesta Fair going on, so all hotels were full in that area. Booking.com does not have this clause written anywhere when we booked with them. So we ended up paying again for this dirty room, otherwise we would have slept in the street in a rainy night. We called the hotel a day before and they confirmed that all is OK and they are waiting for us. We had Very bad and unpleasant experience with this hotel. Never will stay with Wyndham Clubs anywhere, as regular traveler. AVOID this RISK. Upon returning home we called the Gen Manager, Mr. Chad Michaelson and he blamed their travel reservation party, which blamed the hotel because the hotel instructs them what to do and what to cancel. Four days after checkout, the booking.com still has our initial reservation NOT cancelled. How is this possible? Who is lying?? Something very wrong is going on and no one is taking responsibility. We will investigate further and go public with this experience, so no one will end up sleeping in the street and have their vacation ruined, as we had ours. Shame to Club Wyndham, La Cascada, San Antonio for treating its guests like this. You ruined our vacation.

Pool on rooftop was cool, wish it would have been heated. Nice location on the river within walking distance to the main Riverwalk area. I wish they would've explained that on a map when you check in. We didn't figure that out until day 2.

United States of AmericaWhen you arrive they call and tell you you need to come back downstairs to get your wristbands at the concierge desk. Well, the "concierge" service is really just a high pressure sales team trying to get you to buy a timeshare. They try to lure you in with promises of free tickets to the Riverwalk boats and then strongarm you into going to a "90 minute" sales pitch about buying a timeshare. Sandy was nice but so persistent and talked nonstop. We were late to visit with family bc she would not stop! The rest of the staff were great but I didn't appreciate the sneak sales attack.
The room was beautiful and so functional for a family.
