Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The parking price was high however, we looked at the other options of parking in other places or using the car inside the different district, so the parking was actually cost-effective.
We liked the hotel staff, who were very efficient and kind. The location is excellent within the historical city center and in a walking distance from main attractions. Comfortable mattresses and large rooms. Excellent coffee shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes walking distance, which enabled tasting different breakfasts in different places and no need for hotel breakfast. On-site parking garage.

The parking and the restaurant. Went for breakfast on Saturday morning waited over an hour for the food which was not worth the wait. Spent almost $100 for two people.

We had reservations for a deluxe king room and at arrival were told that they were not available and gave us an accessibility room, we were ok with the change but in the shower, the water going everywhere was very uncomfortable and slippery and nothing was really sturdy in the bathroom overall.
Staff was great, location was perfect, overall stay was very good, my partner and I had an amazing time and the value of the place was 100/10.

On the surface the room was clean enough. There were some corners in the bathroom that could’ve used some attention. But when we were about to leave we noticed one of my daughter’s socks was missing so we started hunting. I ended up looking under the beds and behind the blinds and it was clear that no one had cleaned there in a looong time. Food and toys and lots of dust. Pretty gross. But if you don’t look behind the curtain so to speak it is perfectly fine.
The location was perfect for checking out the old city. While expensive, having the option to park our car and exit/re-enter the garage as much as we want for a flat fee was excellent.

Had LOST my booking.com reference: waited half-hour for them to phone booking.com, no progress, went to a prebooked dinner, got back 1=hour plus later, still nothing done, someone else said he would create my nooking now, 5 minutes later I had a room.
Quality spacious hotel. Most staff good. Garage next door and hotel recption can validate parking easily. A few blocks from historic area.

The towels appeared to be cleaned but a couple were torn on the edges and one had some really bad spots that didn’t come out in the wash. One night it was really bad weather so there were a lot of people in the bar/restaurant area. We stood down there for several minutes then I saw a woman employee so we walked over to the bar but she went behind and did not come out again for a long time. I finally saw just one waiter he was trying to take orders and bring food. This was around 9pm. The female finally came back and then started asking the people who had been sitting there if they wanted more drinks. She finally looked at us and said she’d be with us ( no apology) and kept waiting on other people and filling drink orders that the waiter must have dropped off. I appreciate they were busy but there should be someone that can step in to help. We went to our room and ordered a carry out pizza
Walking distance to everything and onsite parking garage. Beds/pillows are very comfortable. We were facing the west side and it was quiet. The front desk staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating. This was our 2nd stay this year. We would choose this hotel if we come back again. Great value!

Service in restaurant. Small detail: but no glasses ( just paper cups) for wine or minimal dishes if we wanted to use microwave.
