The tub and baseboards need a good cleaning.

The property was quiet, had a great pond view and a walking path right off the back patio.

We booked a one bedroom suite and were upgraded for free to a two bedroom. It was nice, clean, and relaxing.

The activity center was so far from where we were staying and we had to get in our vehicle everytime we took the kids over there. Nothing to bad, but maybe more activities on both ends of the resort.

it was a very friendly family environment. The staff at check in made it so nice and easy and were so very accommodating. We had an issue with one of the room doors and they came immediately and then came back to check on us to see if everything was good. Excellent customer service.

Our first and second night there, we had unwanted guests knocking and ringing the doorbell, all night.

It was confusing at first to figure out where the activity center was with the pool, etc. I didn't like we had to drive to the pool. I wish it had been closer.

The location was great. Close to Walmart, Dunkin, etc, but far enough away from all the crowds and busy traffic. It was very quiet and peaceful. The place was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The jet tub in the bathroom was the cherry on top.

Jacuzzi tub very loud. Bathrooms were not very clean. Hair in tub area and not sure what is on the bathroom cabinet doors. Trim around bathroom has a thick layer of dirt.

Washer dryer and full kitchen. Beds were comfy.

The toilet ran every once in awhile so it woke us up a few times. I don't believe the location is what is shown on the map. It's a mile or so past Walmart. I also called the day of to see where to check in and they told me at the activities building. We get there and they tell us we have to check in at Glacial Canyon at the Wilderness. So we had to hop in the car and drive back in to town. The way we came in from. The check in location should be listed on the booking page. I just happened to see someone else's review and they complained about not knowing where to go so that's why I called before I left. Even after all this, id stay again. Very nice place. Would like to visit in summer.

The room was very large, nice and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would def stay again if I got the same deal.

I know it can't be changed, but it was tough having the swimming pool in a different building that we had to drive to. we enjoyed the rest of the activity center, just the pool was difficult and we ended up not using the pool because of the requirement to change clothes, etc.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment, plenty of room for the 6 of us.

fireplace brick got hot and didn't really help with heat. However if for just atmosphere it is fine.

There was no balcony as we were on the first floor. Also, mystery stains were on the bed sheets and shower curtains. However, the worst part was the confusion getting checked in. Booking app doesn't have the right location in for the check in, so I put it into Google maps. Only for us to get there and have the lady tell us we need to check in at the Glacier Lodge which was NEVER specified... so we drive back and forth 10 minutes both ways just to get checked in before we could finally get the directions needed to get to our rooms.

Room was very spacious and for a great deal. Quiet environment and a nice view.

We didn't realise this wasn't a hotel but more of a time share type thing. Had to check in somewhere other than the property itself (on the other side of town) which wasn't communicated to us. Then they wanted to give us a pitch to join the time share when we really just wanted to get to our room and settle in. The whole thing was awkward. Then we were charged for an extra night in the end and it took days of calling to get that settled and get the security deposit back. Felt a bit like a scam. Not worth the trouble, IMHO.

Facilities were good, room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Alll three of our beds had bed bugs. The pull out bed from the couch was filthy (crumbs, stained mattress) and the sheets we were given didn't fit ... none of this really mattered when we discovered the bed bugs.

The room was not clean. Floors were covered in dirt and hair.

The rooms were spacious! The decorations and colors were welcoming.
