Distance from boardwalk, my stay said it included free breakfast but didnt I had to pay, outside pool had throw up in it, first bedroom light didnt work, elevator was a rough ride, an hidden pet fees.

The hotel was dated. While the bathroom and bedding, etc. Was very clean. The carpet in rooms and hallways are extremely dirty. No luggage carts were available.

Balcony was nice. Great Entertainment. Restaurant/Bar convenient and reasonable. Location is wonderful if you like less crowds. Bed was very comfortable. It was dated and dirty in the common areas (elevators, hallways, etc.), but we had a great time.

The hotel felt a bit dated, especially the shorter section. I saw some of it was in disrepair. The tower where I stayed was good. The water pressure in the bathroom was a little weak.

The room was okay. The view of the beach was spectacular. This hotel was far away from the others, so if you looking for quiet it is good.

There were only 2 working elevators to service 18 floors in our tower so it was time consuming waiting for the elevator each time we needed to use it. The parking was awful and it was very difficult to get a parking space near where our room was. There were no carts available when we were checking out which made our checkout process take over an hour with doing a little bit at a time and waiting long times to get on an elevator. The indoor and outdoor pools were way smaller than how they looked online and my daughter and niece did not want to use them because they said they looked sketchy.

The location was good and the room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The hotel was very pet friendly and had ample space to walk our dog.

The Pool and hot tub was overcrowded and the kids were jumping in the hot tub from the pool! and they were acting very inappropriately. it was very unsafe and there was no one monitoring any of it.

Exterior and interior need some updating. The elevators are very slow. I was traveling with my 18 year old daughter and a dog from Thursday to Monday. Right away noticed dirty elevator and the door to our room was filthy with black marks and dirt. The room was clean enough upon arrival. HOWEVER…on Saturday morning I called down for clean towels as no one had cleaned the room on Friday. Not a big deal but we needed clean towels. I was told to wait because Housekeeping was making rounds. We used the dirty ones we had and went to an all day family reunion. When we returned late that evening, 11:00, the room was still not clean and still we had no clean towels. I called down to the front desk and they said someone would bring towels within 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I went down to get them myself as we were tired and wanted to shower. The next day, Sunday, I saw housekeeping in the hallway and asked specifically for the room to be cleaned, to include vacuum, take out dirty towels, replace coffee, and replace body wash and shampoo. I pre-tipped him to show appreciation. We took the dog and returned several hours later to find he did only the things I asked. The beds were not changed or made up, bathroom not cleaned, nor were the other areas of the room. The trashcan remained overflowing as we had been there since Thursday. Did not hear from housekeeping again until they entered our room Monday morning while we were packing to check out. It’s a good thing we were dressed. I went to the front desk and a very nice staff member took my complaint and made notes, advising they would offer a discount and I requested they have the manager, Dawn, call me personally. It is now Wednesday, and I have not heard from Dawn. I am not a complainer and try to be understanding but this was unacceptable for a Wyndham property and for the money I paid. Very disappointed.

The location is great. North end, which is less crowded and more peaceful. Accepts pets. The beach in front of the hotel was great and we enjoyed it.

The elevator in our tower was sketch at best. We rode it one time and refused to get on it again. The rooms are in desperate need of remodeling!

Elevators need serious work, felt very dangerous to be on. Rooms were tidy but could use some updating for sure. Also pool size is very small for the size of the hotel.

Location was excellent, never had an issue with parking, staff was nice and the view from the coastal balcony was awesome.
