The access code was ridiculously long and didn’t work at all on our last night , after about an hour of phone calls we did get the key safe number so we could get in . We had no phone signal and it was just by luck we found a landline phone in building A but all of the numbers didn’t work until we found out you had to put a 1 in front of the number !!!! Why can they not tell us this ? Room B104 is a dark place , no grill as advertised and when we asked they said : we take them out for the winter: every other balcony had one and they said to use the communal charcoal bbq …. We didn’t as that would have meant going out to buy charcoal etc. the room it’s self is in need of an update, heating thermostat hanging off the wall , an old heater that they tell you not to use , the storage area is full of their cleaning stuff so very little room for you cases and stuff . Did have a well equipped kitchen as is well positioned for the village centre. Balcony overlooking the car park so no view. TBH for in the park it’s ok but don’t expect too much.

It felt run down, we booked mountain view and got a car park view. Should specify this in the booking. Bathroom was VERY tight and hard to navigate around.

The challenge of getting in! We were advised we would receive the access code to the property 24 hours in advance. It never happened! In fact, we had a heck of a job to contact the management after arriving. We were directed to a phone in the next door block. The numbers for the management of our property all failed. When we finally got to speak to someone, he stated were weren't due to have access til 4.00pm (it was then 3.30pm!). He said he would email the code. When it was pointed out to him that was useless because we had no phone signal and wouldn't have an internet connection until we got in!!! He then gave us the 10 digit code. Opening the door, we are greeted by large stains on the carpet, followed by a smashed tile in the kitchen area. The dull lighting above the breakfast bar had one bulb (of 4) broken. There was a gaping hole beneath the breakfast bar, where a unit had been removed, the walls had in excess of 8 old screw holes in them, two random hooks in the ceiling, no glasses other than a random selection of tumblers. The cupboards above the cooker were very high, but no steps available! You ran a risk of pulling trays down upon yourself when trying to extricate one. The cooker was from another age long ago - but it did work. The BBQ on the patio ( an electric version) did not work! The bathroom walls had close to 20 screw holes in them!! And a dying bulb in the light above the mirror. The property was 'tired'; it needs an update, especially given the hundreds of dollars that have to be paid as rental. We have stayed in Yosemite West on four occasions now; this was by far our worst experience. Should there be a fifth visit, it won't be with this particular Company, that's for sure!

refrigerator had no light and froze our produce. the bed was very soft and “bouncy”. carpeting was very worn in many areas. stove top had one heating coil that was broken and one that was crooked, allowing pans to slide off

The property is very tired, cramped and not clean. The carpet looks filthy, the kitchen Lino had a huge burnt mark on it and the carpet joining the Lino was thread bare. The only storage area to hang clothes or put your bags was stuffed full with 2 mountain bikes which meant we had to leave our bags untidily in the small living room! The balcony was unswepped and the table and chairs were dusty. The bathroom sink around the plug was stained.

The location is good if you can’t get into Yosemite Village

It did not have a mountain view as advertised, just a view of the parking lot. There were inadequate dishes 1 teaspoon spoon, 2 soup spoons, 3 forks. one 10oz glass and 2 juice glasses. cracked tiles with missing grout and counters with cracks. Worn and stained rug. No dresser. Gas stove with pilot light that malfunctions. Faucets that need special instructions to make them work. In general , old rundown in need of basic maintenance

Not sure if the room was cleaned prior to our arrival. Ceiling fan was covered in dust, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, found someone else’s earring laying around. The toilet made an air horn sound every time you flushed it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. And half of the outlets didn’t work in the condo. Lastly the door code was very long and caused issues when trying to come in.

It’s a 30 minute drive to Yosemite Village and go Glacier point. Very convenient and a short drive to any main attractions.

Had everything we needed. We found it very easy to check in. The condo is very obviously old and in need of a revamp. but reading all the other reviews we were a little nervous booking it. But we found it absolutely fine apart from the wifi

The condo is very dated and appliances need to be updated. The fridge froze all our food despite the fact that I turned it down to the lowest setting. Kitchen faucet needs updating since it is very difficult to maneuver.

I was able to reach a person at Vacasa and the couple in the "condo listed on my information" and together we sorted out that the issues was we were given the wrong condo number. Good thing it was still daylight and the people were friendly!

Wi-Fi didn’t work nearly at all times, which is a big deal in a remote location with no service. the fan works automatically whenever you turn the lights on which is annoying.

a great place to stay outside of Yosemite and yet close to the valley. had a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, bed was comfy.

I stayed here twenty or so years ago. I didn’t realize it was the same place. It is virtually unchanged. Maybe worse because it is so much more expensive. It was pricey for my budget then. A lot more now. There’s no place close to eat near it so the promise of a kitchen is promising. However, two of the four burners on the stove didn’t work. There’s the the promise of a gas grill which I believe doesn’t exist on the property. No knife and spotty group of utensils. Cable out. No phone service.
