You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe only things I wish were better was the lock system on the room door. Each and every time we had to enter the code it took multiple times before the door would open. Some times we were there for several minutes trying to get in. The main door didn't give us any issues. Also, the tv was fixed to the wall. It would have been nice if it swiveled out to be able to watch it from the bed or a different angle within the room The elevator had a really strong unpleasant smell. Whatever fragrance they used in there was not to our liking and it was pretty intense.
Overall good visit. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. Everything was very clean from the hallways to the room. The staff communicated promptly with our check in details and to see if we needed anything for our stay. I loved the no onsite staff check in. We were able to just arrive enter our code and head to our room.

convenient location, self check in/out. very cute spot conveniently located but tucked away next to headhouse square & tla. there is a safe & affordable parking garage located right next door. the room had everything we needed for our short stay & was modern with a had a good aesthetic. the mattress & pillows were comfortable. the location was very quiet & safe.

CanadaNot having a physical concierge was good and bad at the same time. Check-in was very quick, no waiting around as access was given ahead of time. Communication via text was quickly responded too if anything came up. The room was not made as promised, but it was a Sunday and maybe just fell through the crack. A text prompt the next day quickly addressed the issue. The area in which the hotel is located is lovely and full of live during the day, but not so nice at night and the entrance is in the side street and pretty dark. As the code pad is not illuminated it is not that easy to plug in the access code to the building in the middle of the night, so a little sketchy, but all went well.
This is was not so much a hotel, but rather a home away from home, with eclectic, non-intrusive, individualistic design that as a guest makes you feel like a human. Definitely a nice landing pad after a long flight and to come back to after a long day in meetings/conference. The generous space and minimalist and functional, but not spartan, decorations and amenities provided a sense of calm. The place was spotless. Bed extremely comfortable.

Saturday night at 2-4 am there was a very loud street cleanup crew, 3 leaf blowers, something I've never seen before but ear plugs were provided. Would have liked some sort of security presence on Saturday night so close to South Street.
I liked everything about the room. Clean, comfortable, smelled nice, lights had dimmers, microwave, convenient cafe downstairs. Great snacks and amenities, Criterion Collection Roku channel.
