This is a great place to stay. I've been here several times, and I plan to return again in the future. Rooms are nicely appointed and clean, breakfast is really good, too. One thing to keep in mind....if you're traveling with a pet, and you're booking online, BE SURE to book one of the rooms that state 'pet friendly room' when you select your room. This place has specific rooms that are for pet owners, and if you book a room that doesn't designate that it's for pets, you will not be allowed to check in. I made this mistake once and it ruined my 1 nt stay in the area. Don't make the same mistake I did.

the breakfast is always great. My husband and I have been coming to Berlin for our anniversary for the last 7 years and its the best place to stay. The staff are wonderful super nice and helpful. The view from the hotel is amazing. Its just a great place to stay.

About 45 min before breakfast was over, they did not fill it up with things like muffins. As it run out it was just gone. Made slim choices for people who came down after first hour. We had great food, just limited options later in the morning cause they did not restock. This was everyday we were there

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, my husband and I woke up with back pain each morning. It was a last minute reservation for us, but we couldn’t bring our kids here. There’s no pool or hot tub or any extra things to do after shops close at 5-6pm each day.

The breakfast was good, they had some of the usual continental breakfast items plus Jimmy Dean sandwiches you could heat up and some fruit. The room and property was all very clean. Staff was nice and helpful.

The steps, and had to get ice from the main place. Those steps may be ok, but little challenging for a 70 and 73 year old.

The tissues were like sandpaper. When flushing the toilet, the handle springs back too quickly and someone could get hurt, especially children.

It was very quiet. I enjoyed having a couch in my room. Nice shower.

Floor in our room needed to be vacuumed more as attention could have been paid to that. The bed needs to be updated as I am particular about beds.

checking in was good. Food for breakfast was fine and room was clean. i DID not like the Booking sending us to the additional facility and found out it had many, many steps. I call the night before and was given a room at the main building which was more convenient for us as I have back issues. I thanked the lady who did this for us and appreciated it much.

The only thing I needed a room that my husband would walk right in from the parking lot . Her has a lot of trouble with his knees and back and we needed up with a room at the very end of the hall number 232. But there was an exit door right outside our room so it helped I would come in the front way and let him in and out the side door . Over all we really enjoyed our stay the staff was really nice and the rooms was really nice and clean .

We didn’t eat breakfast there . We ate at the der Dutchman it was so good .

Not sure where the water sounds were coming from... next door? Upstairs? Seemed like we could hear a lot of flushing and water running. A bit annoying, but, I supposed plumbing noises are unavoidable sometimes. We did not realize most everything closes on Sundays... note to others to be aware of this. Otherwise, no complaints!

Our room was on the lower level at the back of the hotel. Nice view from there! Parking was directly at the door, which we love. The room was clean and everything worked aok. Comfortable beds, nice pillows. The breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. Everything in Berlin is neat as a pin! Including this motel.

Nice homey place to stay. The view from my room, which faced the east, was fantastic. Rooms were clean, linens were great, and overall my room felt like home. The breakfast area felt so comfortable, again like home. Will recommend this establishment to my friends.
