Comfortable bed, good breakfast

Location was good in some respects, closer to harbour port and easy to walk to the sights. But was quiet at night and not many restaurants for dinner nearby.

Can accomodate a wide ranging check-in times. Friendly staff

The bathroom was marginally okay with some wore parts. Room was a bit small and the location wasn't that ideal.

It was close to the ferry to Argentina. Good price. Clean and modern.

I had no issues.

Location and staff. Francisco went out of his way to help us with getting acquainted with the area. He also suggested a couple of great restaurants and set up a tour of the city. Breakfast was unusual but good-a lot more sweets than we are accustomed to. Within walking distance of the ferry terminal.

Staff are so friendly and helpful even with my limited Spanish. Lovely dining area and buffet breakfast available. A good value option in a popular downtown area. Some of the rooms are well worn and need upgrades. WiFi good

The staff was amazing. They were so patient with our English and went above and beyond with check-in, breakfast and anything else we needed.

Only the breakfast was good, but poor

Very old, broken, dirty, the room had trash inside and money on the bed. When I arrived they said I was not registered to do a check in (which I was)

The breakfast was really really poor with very little selection, just some pastries and bread with jam basically. The room was very tiny and the bathroom just passable, the appliances like the a/c old and making loud noise. The room was facing the street where drunkyard and homeless people were causing ruckus all night. Definitely not recommended. I did not sleep and in the morning we were even more tired than when we arrived. Find a better place, I cannot understand how this can be considered a 4 star hotel.

Everything was perfect. However, my expectacions were higher because it's a 4-star hotel and it seems like a 3 one because it doesn't have amenities and breakfast is short.

Great value option in the old city. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable room and a good breakfast, in a great location near the ferry terminal.

A/C quite after first day, fixed it though. Not like the pics shown, my room was tiny but ok for solo.

Clean hotel, small but adequate room for 1 night. Good location for port but sketchy at night. Decent breakfast w nice woman on staff.

Not comfortable outside after dark. Lots of trash and homeless people.
