Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIn my opinion, Oasis is great value for money; much nicer than staying in one of the far more expensive hotels nearby. Here, you get your own comfortable little apartment and, no matter which one you get, it's no more than just a few short steps through the beautiful gardens from a pool. Nice restaurant as well, with well prepared food and friendly staff. Always my choice when I visit Arapay!

United StatesThe rooms are fine, but the attached bathrooms are in a pretty bad state of repair. The first room they checked us in to had a toilet that could only be flushed by taking the top off and pulling the chain up that's attached to the plunger. Then late at night when getting into the tub, we found the show didn't work at all, only the faucet into the tub worked. the knob to lift up to change from tub to shower was missing, and the little threaded post it should have been attached to was corroded with mineral buildup to the point that it did not work at all. The next morning we moved to a different room which had a bathroom that worked okay, although the shower head was also encrusted in mineral buildup and was more like a garden hose instead of a shower head. It's a very long drive to get to Arapey from Montevideo, and not worth the trip. if coming from Salto or closer by, it would be fine. In Arapey itself there are a few resorts but very limited eating options other than the hotel restaurant and a hamburger place. Checking in there was almost no information available, and what was available was only in Spanish. We asked for the WiFi log-in info and the front desk staff wrote it down for us, but it was not posted anywhere in the room. In spite of the inconveniences, we did find our second day there very relaxing, and the WiFi also worked fine.
The two pools are actually very nice, with one always available. They alternate refilling them every day, so the water is always natural and clean. Soaking in the pools and sitting by them in the shade is very relaxing.
