I would recommend to leave in every room a card to state if you would like room service or not. There are moments in which you may want to rest and this would come handy. Thank you!

Air conditioner blew right onto us while in bed. Turned the AC off and it was to warm. Tried to sleep under the covers but the air was uncomfortable. Wifi was not the best. Not enough furniture in the room to accommodate us and our stuff. Kind of away from town, not close to anything we wanted to be at.

They really did a good job with this place. They packed a lot into a small area. Breakfast was good. The young lady that checked us in was great. Comfy bed. We had ocean view which was very nice.

The shower drain was completely clogged up and leaked (soaked) onto the floor despite us taking two very quick showers (less than 5 minutes). It took hours for the water to go down.

Super cute boutique hotel. The pool is really nice and the rooms are decorated beautifully. They also offer breakfast and free parking. The hotel is directly in front of a beach in Piriapolis.

Book in advance and try to get lower rooms if you have large suitcases. Apart from that all was great.

Apartment was great value for the money. Single room would have been too small with insufficient storage space for clothes.

We book two rooms. One was Ok but in the other one many things were broken. The extra bed had one broken leg, door handle was broken. Towel handle was loose.

It is close to the beach. It is quite. Breakfast was great.

A very good Hotel, well located, with the necessary infrastructure for a pleasant stay. The staff is very kind. There is a very nice beach, just in front of the Hotel.

Big room with 2 terraces - one with view to the see and one to the piscine. Well equiped kitchen and nice shower. Easy to park. Good and diverse breakfast. Nice piscine. Helpful staff.

it was a beautiful beachy apartment. it fitted in with its surroundings. everything was up to date and in working order. there was a pool although too cold to use. beds were super comfy

Again, not a good fit for us, for a few reasons: - LOCATION: the hotel is roughly 15 blocks from the edge of the city (and thus most shops, restaurants, etc.), which is not a distance you want to walk every day. Taxi services are sparse and costly (round trip downtown amounts to 20% of the nightly room cost), buses are available but hard to figure out. The disclaimer being: if you travel with (or rent) a car, you may actually appreciate being away from the crowds. - NO FOOD: You can have food delivered (most options are rather basic) and of course fix yourself a meal in the apartment's kitchen (there's a very good supermarket nearby), but including a dinner option would've made our stay much more enjoyable. - NO PRIVACY: We stayed in one of the "apartments" at ground level. The entrance (and only door your can lock from the outside) is a two-pane window overlooking the road (and the beach on the other side of the road, which you can't access directly as there's a waterway in between). Everyone else walking to to their room (on the grass, as there isn't really a road) will be able to look in. On the opposite side, you have the pool, so you're exposed to whatever's happening there, if you want natural light. - NO 24-hr FRONT DESK: There's a number you can text. One of our messages -about one of the hotel's pets having gotten into our room- remained unanswered, as did our first message about the sewer-like smell in the room. We had to wait until breakfast to find someone who would try to solve the issues (the pet did leave on its own). But also: - THE SMELL: 5-6 nights in, a sewer-like smell seemed to be taking over the room. The next day we were offered to switch rooms -which we did- and new guests were welcomed into the room we left, with the problem still unsolved. The new room wasn't smell-free either. - ONLY ONE USABLE ELECTRICAL OUTLET for every appliance that comes WITH the room!!

The pool is rather small but this keeps the water warm, which I liked. Camila's dedicated attention was appreciated, in contrast to a team under-qualified in hospitality. Breakfast options were OK once we learned there were a few more things we could order, but coffee was...unworthy of being called coffee. And you need to walk 10-15 blocks for the first decent alternative ("Los Duendes")

The room was very clean, good air conditioning, comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant very kind!
