- good location - good breakfast

- shower was cold for 3 days even tho I told them to fix - old facilities, air conditioner made noise

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the breakfast, which was amazing! A wide variety of fresh, local options every morning and the staff were kind and attentive. The location was also excellent with easy access to the main attractions. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

There are a few things though that could be improved. The bathroom had some issues, the toilet flush didn't work properly, and the floor stayed wet constantly because of the shower design. Also, the mattresses were quite uncomfortable and I'd highly recommend the hotel consider replacing them for a better nights sleep. With a few updates, this place could be truly outstanding.

The location was perfect. It was very close to ragistan square. U save a lot of time and money staying here.

The location is right in the corner of Registan Square. Quite accessible to restaurants and the mausoleums. The stay was very comfortable and the people were very very helpful. I had an early train next morning, so they had packed us the breakfast as well. Most recommended!

The location is perfect, everything is near, it was easy to find. The room is big, I like the style and wooden ceiling. Breakfast is abundand and good, coffee, tea and drinkable water always available, the stuff is helpful and nice.

It was a bit cold in the room and on breakfast. Beds are old and uncomfortable, sheets are too small and mattress was alwas uncovering. Bathroom needs renovation, it was always water on the floor and slipery, toilet flushing didn't work propetly.

I couldn't get hot water from the shower, but at least I could from the sink. Aside from that, all good for a budget option.

The guest home has real old world charm. The rooms are spacious but very old, especially the bathroom. However, the staff are very kind and welcoming. Great value with a large breakfast spread.

Bathroom was extremely outdated and needs to be completed gutted.

A very authentic, clean and cozy place to stay! The common area courtyard was fun and had lots of plants to enjoy by. The breakfast was good and filling!

Perfect location - 5min by walk to Registan Square. Cosy, homey atmosphere, there are inside garden with places to sit and relax after long day of sightseeing. Nice breakfast.

During our stay there were some issues with running water in the evening but everything was fixed till next morning.

Very basic hotel , rooms and bathrooms are outdated, closer to Registan.
