I wish the upper level had a balcony like the lower level did. The residents below us offered to share their balcony with us when they weren’t there which was very kind. The views from the property were wonderful and the sunsets were beautiful. Driving on St Thomas is a bit unnerving, so keep in mind that you’ll likely need your own vehicle to rent here.

The property is the upper level of a duplex. It’s well appointed with modern furniture and amenities. Alan and Antoinette live next door and were available and responded to any questions immediately. The property is immaculate with excellent parking. Check in information was provided timely. Wonderful AC and water pressure. Exactly like the photos.

I liked everything, but some might think the location was difficult/awkward to get to. (You'll need a car). You quickly become acquainted with the route.

Nice quiet location (not always the case on St.Thomas). Everything you need for a short stay: spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen area with everything you need for making your own meals, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Alan's service was off-the-charts GREAT (again, not always the case down there): he checked in daily to make sure everything was okay. I liked that I could drive across the top of the island to access the east-end and the car ferry to St.John: MUCH better/faster than fighting downtown traffic!

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Welcoming hosts with great communication. The space is private, great WiFi and TV. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Loved the Star Fruit tree outside.

I wish there was a view from the outside sitting area. It's adjacent to the driveway. Not really a hang space other than morning coffee, but even then its full sun as it is facing east. The kitchen/dining/TV area is small and the kitchen is minimally stocked, which is fine, you're on an island, just know its a bit of a box and not a place you would want to spend too much time inside of.

Clean, parking, easy to get too by car from the airport. Nice sunset view from the bedroom. Provided toiletries, roomy bathroom.

The road to the apartment.

The apartment was lovely and had a spectacular view. The only drawback is that it is a residential area with few local amenities It can be accessed by car or taxi up a hilly road with lots of curves
