“Super nice location of the hotel, right in the center of Old Quarter! Especially pointing out Linh, he was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed - can totally recommend staying here for the nights in Hanoi :)”

  • The Sono Hanoi Hotel Review score: 9.2

“We decided to book the Sono and we did not regret for our decision. The room was very comfortable and staff were super friendly. We booked a bay 2 days 1 night tour on cruise in Halong with Lee before arrival. Unfortunately, there was a storm before our departure, so Lee informed us and changed the date for us. Therefore, we had a great time on the cruise with sunset. Thank you Lee so much for her thoughtfulness.”
