The breakfast was ok! The breakfast staff, a young man attending us was not so interested in his job, you could feel this. So the service was very impersonal and unhelpful at times.

Hotel is in an good location for me. Quiet room and only met the life outside at the entrance door near reception. I had 2 day delay on my arrive due to my flights being cancelled but they were understanding and still accommodated all my changes and didn't charge me for not arriving as booked. That was such a relief and much appreciated.

We liked only the location.

The staff were not welcoming and the service felt unfriendly. The room was not clean — there was dust everywhere, which made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom setup was very inconvenient, with the shower placed inside a bathtub that was high to climb in and out of. It felt unsafe, especially since water spilled out during showers, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet and slippery. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Nothing tasted good, and overall, it was the worst breakfast I’ve had at a hotel.

location was perfect next to food and market. room was clean and comfortable. staff was friendly and helpful. room service was good and not overbearing, always made bed and restocked towels and refrigerator.

promised a street view room but had a large tree blocking said view. the hotel gave up my room upon arrival because its first come first serve so I had to wait 2 hours in lobby to receive new room and was double charged for it as i paid online and again in person.

Well located close the hub of the city. Lots of restaurants around the area and in a walkable distance. We were also able to walk to Bui Vien as well.

Can be a little bit of noise pollution at night but it dies down around midnight and it didn’t bother us too much.

Location of the hotel is great. Binh Tanh markets are across the road and the centre of the city is easily a 15 minute walk. Decent bed, decent bathroom, what else can you ask for.
