(1) The hotel could not charged my credit card when I was still in my home country, it kept on sending me the message asking me to change the credit card, I did it twice for 2 different credit card but they kept on message me not successful and threaten me my room was not guaranteed if payment not thru. Finally when I reached the hotel, used the card they mentioned could not used, but I discovered no problems found at all. (2) Then everything was good until last day, last minute, I just rush back from outside at 11.50am and thinking to take a quick shower before checking out at 12.15pm, but the front desk called me at 12pm sharp and rushing me to check out, I asked for 20 mins more but he reluctantly said ok and gave me 10 mins. What is this? I have been many hotels in the world and I never experience this before, I just asked for another 20 minutes more, the frond desk no need to rush me out like never before. It is a shame as I was happy (aside the credit card issue) with the stay until that minute, so I didn't even dry my hair just pack and get down at 12.08pm. (3) Also , very small restaurant at level 2, breakfast choice are so limited.

(1) Location - Very near to everywhere, especially night life. (2) The roof top bar was nice, serve nice french fries. (3) Circle convenient shop is around, plenty of restaurants (Japanese). (4) Hồ Chí Minh City People's Committee and Ben Thanh Market just 10-15 mins walk away

price was a bit on the higher side, for the facilities it offered. there was also construction noise heard from 7am onwards.

Nothing really, it met my expectations on all levels.

The hotel is a nice sized boutique style hotel in a very convenient location. Whilst its near the nightlife of bars it remains very quiet in the evenings so no trouble with noise. The staff are very friendly and helpful too and nothing seems too much trouble. Breakfast is a good selection with a nice range of fresh dishes made to order. I didn't use the pool or bar on this occasion which was a shame as they looked most inviting.

I didn't like the breakfast, the selection was quite poor. Nothing horrible, just not great. The staff was asking us to post good reviews on a couple of occasions, that felt a little pushed. The most disappointing was the price of the late check out, we had to pay almost what we paid for one night just to stay 4 more hours.

The location is very good and the staff was friendly. Nice view from the top floor bar- but be careful, the menu prices don't include the tax. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Air conditioning is not really good, feel it didn't reach the temperature which we set. The draining of the bathroom is bad.

The location is great. Employee is nice. Breakfast, not so many choices but delicious.

Check in was smooth. Phu that works in the front was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located. Close to malls , good food and amenities. Worth the price and really great for a short stay of 1-2 nights. I would def return to this hotel if I ever needed to

The room smaller than I expected. Only 1 card for 2 guests is not convenience.

The cleanliness is the most important for me and it passed. 10/10 Bed and Pillow are clean and comfort. Toilet is well set up, but too bad it doesn't have medium size of towel.. ^^; Breakfast line is ok. Staff is ok. Location is great, few walking distrance to shopping area and restuarant.

The beds are very firm. I'm sure some people rather this anyway so just an observation really.

The location is excellent. Within 20mins(max) walking distance of so many tourist attractions and shopping. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the Sky Bar makes great cocktails. It proved to be fantastic value for money.

We should have paid for a room with windows. The TV does not have access to much English entertainment. We also found that the drains did occasionally have an odour.

The staff were absolutely amazing. They could not do more than they did to make our stay comfortable and give us the best possible experience.

I didn't like the bathtub, the design spilt all the water around the bathroom..

The breakfast wasn't too extense so i only had it once. The room was pretty good, and also the staff. Still new hotel so things weren't as smooth as others. Overall experience was good and the room was okay.
