ThailandThere was only a security guard in house and he can't communicate in English. However, he demonstrated his willingness to provide service. He also had to lift my large luggage to 3rd floor as this property doesn't have elevator.
Location is good. It is located inside a small lane but within a short walk, you can reach to the main road. It is safe. Environment is good. There are a number of big trees at this property and I see that they are under good care. Hotel staff can't communicate in English but they were trying to help. There are also a number of hawkers, restaurants and vendors around this area both for breakfast and dinner.

Checking in was a small issue as only the guard was there who only spoke Vietnamese but he was extremely helpful and polite and phoned the owners to verify our room. Extremely clean room good local coffee shops and street vendors. Close to airport. Airport taxi should be around 60k. Taxi driver wanted ten times that. Advice is to download Grab app and show taxi the cost of that ride before disembarking.

AustraliaThe overall level of cleanliness was average, there was a dead cockroach in one of the rooms, the utensils have definitely seen better days and the infrastructure of the place seemed to be slowly falling apart. Our toilet bathroom had a permanent leak, there was a pool of water at the shower and around the toilet, the window was taped with mesh and seemed to have been damaged prior.
Good location however vehicle parking was on the street/alley, no parking within the property. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always willing to help. The courtyard had a pleasant atmosphere. The beds were comfortable.

GermanyAVOID THIS PLACE! We arrived at night, with the surprise of a security guy who couldn’t speak a word of English and took us to what was our room: a filthy ground floor level apartment, that had nothing to do with the pictures of booking. He directly asked for our money (of course only cash). This is a very sketchy place. We tried ordering a pizza and basically you’re TRAPPED in the building. Only if you manage to wake up the security guy the doors will open. Besides this, the room: FILTHY. To our surprise, we weren’t alone in the room, the moment we laid our bags on the floor A COCKROACH started running vividly. This was no surprise given the state of the room, mold, dirt and rust were everywhere. We didn’t even open the bed and slept in our sleeping bags. We woke up and immediately changed hotels. So would recommend EVERYONE AVOID THIS SCAM
