Reviews of Hanoi Sena Hotel & Travel - Former Symphony Hanoi Hotel 3 stars

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions and easy to get around. Considering the quality and service, the price is great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The receptionist, Louis, was very kind and helpful. He assisted me in arranging transfers for other activities and made my stay even more enjoyable

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed here for 2 nights and everything went smoothly. The location is very accessible and close to many must-visit spots, which made exploring the area super convenient. The manager was attentive and responsive to our needs. Special shoutout to Tony at the front desk – probably the nicest and most helpful person I’ve met in Vietnam. He truly made our stay even more memorable. Would definitely stay here again!

The pictures were not as truthful as the room and felt we were a little bit mislead.

Mr Tony was very helpful for the local area, and told me about such a great Pho shop with a Michelin star rating! Pho 10!

Good value hotel and room with the window. The staff is very helpful and able to organize transport needed. The location is very good close to food stalls, coffee shops etc. Over all it was a pleasant stay and peaceful sleep.

I liked everything about this hotel. The location of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms are very good. The price is cheap. The most important thing was the approach of the staff. Mr. Louis speaks good English and has a great approach to people. I am very happy to have met him.

The place was so spacious, clean and in the heart of Hanoi. Close to many resto, shops and attractions. Louis was so amazing staff, helped me for so many things even i was away. We even stay longer and came back to the same hotel. Keep up the good work. Deserved more than a compliments

The only good thing about this place is the location and Louis, the supervisor. He is always available, will help you in any way he can and he exceeds in his job. I really hope he gets promoted or finds a better work environment because he deserves it. I'm saying this as I work in hotels myself. Thank you so much for all you've done for me Louis!

The hotel is old, not taken care of. The worst are the beds, not only hard as rocks but the pillows are terrible and broke my neck, didn't sleep at all. The room is humid to the point the floor gets wet. The "wardrobe" smells like mold and so does the furniture, i left my hoodie on the chair and now i have to wash it because it stinks. There is no plug in the bathroom and the window faces a wall that is about 3m away. The laundry (external company) returned my clothes folded in a bag and still wet, one item was missing, another one was damaged and cant be used anymore and one t-shirt was returned with stains that didnt have before and wont come off. Don't trust the pictures on the website.

Staff were really nice, helpful and welcoming! Even gave us a free room upgrade and breakfast. The room was really nice and big with a city view and really clean. Breakfast was really nice with lots of options and freshly made food. The hotel is central to everything in the old town and not a far walk from anything you need. Have already booked to stay here again on our next trip in Hanoi.
