I really only have one complaint. I let them know upfront that I had injured my knee. I needed a bottom bunk and I confirmed the elevator was working. They should have told me that the toilets and showers were on the top floor, where the elevator doesn't go.

Beds are nice, toilets are clean, location was great. I had a delay with my visa and they offered to cancel my booking for free and rebook when my visa came through. They didn't have to do that and that was awesome.

The 8-bed female dorm on the 6th floor looks like 2 or 3 people are leaving there for long-term. The toilet and bathroom are on the 7th floor. There is no space at the reception to standby as it is a cafe.

Good location. Check in at exactly 2pm. Staff is available at the reception. Bed has a curtain. They allowed me to keep my luggage till 6pm before I head to the airport.

The ground floor was converted into a restaurant, guests have little space to sit and talk. Music is loud for dorm in the ground floor, acceptable for dorms above first floor. No drinking water provided, but guests can use the water heater in the 7th floor. No refrigerator to save cold drinks, but that's okay.

Good location, close to central green, FUTA and public bus station of Saigon. Staff is helpful and can speak English. This hostel survived the fierce competition in Saigon market, which is not easy.

The front desk staff was a bit strict, sounded unfriendly and wasn't the most welcoming. Overall, his attitude was manageable but could be improved, especially since he's the face of the business.

Affordable hostel that is only walking distance away from most of Saigon's tourist attractions, not to mention a block away from Ben Thanh Market. The best part was the elevator, which made life easier!

Room needs painting, but you get what you pay for! You have to walk through an eatery to get to the person on desk who checks you in and it’s open on the street and rats can meander in at night-but this is expected in a city, just being candid as not all would deal with this.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. However the toilets and showers are mixed and you can't lock the showers and it's a bit uncomfortable (for me as a woman). Also there's not really a common area to seat but it is in a very central location and there's a lot of restaurants and cafes.
