    Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Room is exactly like the pictures you see.I stayed in Royal Suite with balcony River view with huge window for 3nights. Enjoyed with huge bath spa The manager came to my room for say welcome. Will definitely go back to stay again.

    We booked because of the view and the bathtubs but there is no hot water for the bathtubs as they say they are a green hotel

    NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHTUB, WHICH IS WHY WE BOOKED IN THE 1ST PLACE. We had to use the tea kettle to make hot water for the tub

    The room is clean, organized. I had a river view of together with the city street, plus a bath tub next to the room’s window, so cool and romantic. Even though our room overlook the city, it is soundproof! Would recommend to go there!

    Room 602 (VIP Room) has problem with AC at night. The problem was raise to the night staff. He did not bother to support to change room and only advise to turn off and re-turn on the AC power; if the concern still on-going, will change the room the next day. We waited for almost 1 hour amd followed hia advise; but unfortunately, the problem still existed. We called back to the reception and demanded for a room change in which finally we able to move to a new room (Room 402). It was not my first time to stay in this hotel and I am a frequent loyal guest for this property but for this trip and for this stay, I was totally unsatisfied with the service that was provided. I even paid for an upgrade fee additional to get a VIP Room. During check-out time, no courtesy offer for late check-out after the problem we encountered during the 1st time. It was a pity for my part as a loyal guests that keep coming back and choosing this property.

    We booked this hotel as a last resort since our previous booking.com reservation was cancelled the minute we landed and we were trying to figure out where to stay!! It was an ok choice for what it was.

    I was quite puzzled by the fact that the room had a catalogue of how much things cost if broken (!) and how much of an extra charge it would be imposed on the room charge if things were stained with blood (!). It was the first time I have found such things in a hotel which made the whole group wonder of what type of hotel would put such a catalogue... it was really strange. Also for those who think can walk to the city centre from there, I would say this is not possible so bear the cost of taxis in your stay, in my opinion

    It is very clean and well equipped. The staff is kind and do their best to help us (foreigners) We chose district 4 because it is away from crowds of tourists but you need to be okay with narrow and noisy streets.

    Hotel has a good location by the river, nice view. Highland Coffee is right next door and McDonald's is less than 1km away. Early check-in is nice.

    Have stayed at the hotel on a few occasions and always have the same issue when checking out. Requested for a free late check-out of 1pm, it was agreed upon but always ask for money when checking out. The staff speaks limited English and even with Google translation, staff always denied of any agreed late check-out when checking out.
