The air conditioning could be a bit more effective. No air in the lift, of which there is only one. A slightly unusual set up for the breakfast arrangement. The dinning room is air conditioned, the food buffet is air conditioned but you walk between these two areas and there’s no air conditioning, very hot. The pool is a very big disappointment, it really is just a plunge pool, tiny.

Great location and within easy walking distance of all of the main attractions. Terrific staff, friendly and very helpful. Booked a couple of trips for me. Large comfortable room with recently refurbished bathroom. Excellent breakfast every morning.

Breakfast was great but we ate dinner at the restaurant a couple of times and don’t think it showed the best of Vietnamese cuisine.

Jolie, Kim and Heeley on reception were particularly helpful, especially with our two young girls.

A bit more of a selection at breakfast would have been nice, but fresh eggs to order was lovely

Beds were really comfy, staff (Jolie, Kim and Heeley) were amazing, very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Pool area is small but was nice to relax in afternoon when it was too hot to explore.

The room was smaller than I've imagine and youcan hear everything from the hallway (not from outside). The wifi doesn't work very well

It was probably just location of the room - 8th floor right under restaurant, so it was a bit loud in the morning.

It was our second time staying at Cochin Sang hotel and it was as expected. The location is perfect, the room was clean, this time we could use the roof-top pools and it was relaxing.

The staff was not friendly, not smiling and their English was poor. The breakfast was good but not for vegetarians. All dishes had meat especially pork. Would be good to have more vegetarian options.

It was just a nice happy stay. Everything suited me. Staff really helpful at the desk and others. Not sure l would stay in a room with out a window again especially if one doesn’t have to.

The pool was much smaller than I expected.

Hotel is in a good location, close to shopping, markets and pharmacy. Very comfy bed and good breakfast.

Location is very convenient. Room is spacious and clean. In our room a glass separates shower from the room, this could be a privacy issue. It should be noted that at check in they need a 500,000 Dong depositi that will be give back at the check out.

From the moment you walked in the door there was a sense of calm and elegance. Staff were very helpful and room very comfortable. The rooftop views and sitting pool and bar lovely. Breakfast and restaurant area lovely.

Again, no window room seems a bit weird at first sight, but then much better for rest in a busy city. So even this was positive at the end,)

When we arrived we could not check in as it was too early but we were allowed to go up to the roof and found a beautiful garden with swimming pools, it was so relaxing to spend the waiting time in there. Staff was kind, breakfast area was also beautiful, with various food on the buffett tables. The room wasnt too big, but nice and clean. Location was okay, close to that big market. And many spas around.

Located in the very city centre, it features a three small roof pools which are fantastic for relaxing after a fatiguing day in Saigon
