I wasn't mad about the steps up to the bed. To turn off the bedside lights you have to get out of bed. Small complaints for such a beautiful, tranquil place

This was a very calming place to stay. Location is good. The pool lifeguard was the friendliest man in vietnam.

The wifi is a bit patchy at times.

Very central location within walking distance to old town (but far enough to be out of the chaos). The staff are incredible and bend over backwards to take great care of you. The rooms are immaculately clean and a perfect mix of modern and character. The pool is large and there are plenty of sunny and shady spots for everyone.

We booked two rooms one for 2 adults and one for 3 kids, they had only 3 beds in the room but they charged for 3 pax occupancy….

They were really helpful all around, the only problem is that with the laundry service one of my t shirts got ruined. I understand it happens but when i told the reception staff they didn’t even reimbourse the service or give a symbolic discount.

Amazing swimming pool! Danh from the swimming pool helped us a lot! Great guy!! We asked for an upgrade of our room when we arrived and we they met our expectations with our new accomodation.

There wasn't anything that I found disappointing.

I loved how I had everything that I needed taken care of, currency exchange, clothes pressed and loaning me an adapter. I came a day earlier then I was supposed to and the staff took great care of me until my group arrived. I'm 72 yrs old and that was very important.

The Almanity Hoi A Resort was one of my favourite places to stay while visiting Vietnam. The location is superb. The staff were extremely attentive, polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet provided an excellent choice of cuisine. They also helped us locate a tailor which I was very impressed with. The pool was beautiful. I also enjoyed two spa treatments during my stay - fantastic. Would recommend to a friend.

Loved the pool and poolside service. The room was great and comfortable and clean. We had the loft room which meant the bathroom is down some stairs so a bit tricky if you need to get up in the night as the stairs are quite steep.

Stayed in the loft room which felt spacious. Comfortable bed. Nice pool. Easy walk into old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with lots of choice- egg station, pancakes, fresh fruit etc. reception recommended a tailor who was fab (custom tailory Hoi An)

Beautiful pool area, big rooms and just the nicest and most helpfull staff!! Especially Diep, who greeted us and gave us a great introduction to Hoi An and gave info about great restaurants!! Made us feel really welcome!! And Danh who worked by the pool area, and served us a lot of cold beers and everything he did was with a big smile! I have nothing bad to say about staff or hotel
