No elevator. So if you have super heavy bags, you will have a hard time. Our room was cleaned i think only once during our stay.

The room is so big. We love it! And Hotel loc is near to tourist attractions, coffee shops, bars. We also like the homey vibes of it. We slept really well 🙂

- as mentioned in other reviews as well, the bathroom is a "classical" Southeast Asian bathroom with no separation between the shower and the rest of the room, so after showering the whole bathroom is wet (for one night this didn't disturb me much, though) - communication was a bit difficult, as the staff on site spoke very little English (so one could communicate via Google Translate or by calling another person who spoke English)

+ very clean and even with a special sealing at the bottom of the room door (so that no bugs can enter) + spacious room (though with lots of "empty" space and not really much useful furniture like a desk) + location close to the center of HCMC, yet in a small side street (not accessible by cars), so it was relatively quiet, as there was not the usual traffic noise that you would hear throughout most of HCMC + very fast internet (I measured 277 Mbit/s download speed and 261 Mbit/s upload speed) + very good value for money

The reception area could be a bit more welcoming (air conditioned, local are info, staffed, drinks available etc). It would be nice to include some kind of floor towel for the bathroom and to provide more toilet paper in the room

We really liked the laneway location of the property, and the lovely smelling scent used when cleaning the rooms which were always spotless

We really enjoyed my time here. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short grab to the center of Ho Chi Minh and surrounded by tons of great restaurants and street food spots. The owners were absolutely lovely—so friendly. Overall, a great place to stay if you want something clean, convenient, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Cars can't get to the hotel but it is only a short walk down an alleyway so no real drama unless you have a lot of luggage. As others have mentioned showering causes the water to go everywhere. More powerpoints in the room would be great.

Room is lovely, fairly quiet, good location. We'd definitely come back. The staff are very accommodating and friendly and nothing was too much hassle.

Super clean, loved the interior. The location is right behind the shopping street and my to go massage spot. Will def come again. Only thing is they don’t have an elevator which I don’t mind since I like walking up and down. The staff is also ready to help you with your luggage if it’s too heavy.

Just few points : Towels are tiny. Was not prepared for the stairs. Balcony has no access from the room which it was alright as it was hot to stay there coz of the aircondenser was placed on the balcony wall. Bathroom shower in an awkward position making everything wet. Need a better bath mat. We arrived 1 hr early and was told since check in is 2pm we need to wait. We wanted to use the bathroom. however, the toilet available under the stairs was too short. A 6'2" tall can't stand straight at all. It was a mission.

Not my favorite that there is no boarded up shower or curtain. However it drains well, so no flooding on the floor.

The accommodation is on a quiet, small street, but very close to the action. We walked everywhere, and in a city as big as Ho Chi Minh that is amazing. The room was very big, even bigger than I expected. There is a kitchen on the ground floor that can be used and it's well equipped. The AC works great, cools down the room without blowing cold air so you can sleep with it on, which was needed because of the big heat and humidity outside. The TV in the room has Netflix. The staff is very responsive and kind.

I stayed here before new year. The owners of the guest house are supper friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and the location is very good. The room was very big and comfortable.

Not a complaint, just an information: The alleyway from the main road to the hotel is small, dark and not so pleasant. Cars cannot take you to the entrance. You will need to walk for a couple of minutes which we didn't mind at all. Also, before arrival the hosts will send you a detailed description and pictures of how you will find the hotel. With that you cannot go wrong. Previous reviews had mentioned getting lost there, but this issue has been taken care of in a very helpful way.

Conveniently located in district 1, so good location for exploring the city. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful in every regard. The room is spacious and clean, had everything we needed. A/C worked really well. There is a kitchen on the ground floor with a fridge where you can help yourself to water bottles. We had a great stay there. When leaving, our hosts gifted us with a package of Vietnamese instant coffee and two fans which was a heartwarming surprise. We would definitely come back!
