For a long stay it’s better to be on the lowest floor to reduce the time lost to get back to your room. Also, for the double bed, make sure the suppress the bed feet in the middle, I hurt my foot really badly (broken toe actually) bc no one in the work is expected a bed-foot here …

Shower leaked to the toilet area but most Asian hotel bathrooms have this issue. I wish the gym had more to offer. Our room had 2 single beds pushed together. We Requested a topper in the 2nd night but got a blanket rolled between the 2 mattresses. Very uncomfortable for a married couple but they did their best.

Nice quiet location. Only noise was from the neighbourhood rooster. A bit of a walk to the Ancient Town area but definitely manageable. The included breakfast was terrific. Free bicycles were also really nice.

That we had to leave

We stayed 4 nights and this hotel was by far the best place we stayed at during our whole trip. The room was spacious and had a well sized bathroom. The mattress was comfy and the amenities provided were more than reasonable for a 4 star hotel. There are some shops, massage and food places nearby but ancient town with all its amazing food & shopping is just a 5 min drive away. We did not have a chance to use the pool but it was always clean and well presented. The hotel also offers free bike hire which was convenient for us when we were waiting for our airport pick up after checking out. However, the best thing about the hotel is the staff. From the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, everyone we came across was very welcoming and attentive. They remembered what activities we had planned and were always happy to go out of their way to make our stay more special. Especially Sharon the Front Office Manager who checked in with us every day at breakfast and John the porter who chatted to us daily. We highly recommend staying here and had a wonderful time!

We needed to get taxis into old town as it was too far to walk especially in the heat. The taxis were generally reasonably priced (between 30,000 - 50,000 dong) one way. The hotel were helpful in helping book "legitimate" taxis.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very well cleaned every day. The pool area was nice as it was sheltered from the sun in the afternoon. We enjoyed our time at this hotel in beautiful Hoi An.

The staff are lovely and helpful, especially the belldoor man. Room is nice and clean. My family really liked Cao Lâu and Bagguet at the hotel. We ordered again next day for our dinner. Location is perfect for a short cycle to the town. Free airport pick-up is also highlighted here.

Gym didn’t have much amenities but it does have a treadmill- ask the desk to use it as it can be turned off.

Everything! The hotel is new,, fitted out beautifully and offers every service you could possibly need. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The staff are wonderful, they take pride in the hotel and ensuring their guests have an enjoyable stay. The location is central to old town and the beach. We found it very easy to get around Hoi An using the free bikes provided by the hotel or the local taxi service.
