The staff was very accommodating. After a long journey, we were able to check into our room earlier. The room was very spacious and, despite the central location, very quiet. The excellent breakfast with hot and cold dishes rounded off our stay on a positive note. Thank you!

The welcome we received by EMM after being let down by our original booking of accommodation was so heartwarming. The staff were sooo friendly and helpful. Great location within walking distance to attractions. Great breakfast included along with free self use washing machines and dryers. Good sized space to relax in.

Nothing really. Wish they had streaming service on the TV and A/C in the self laundry room but they are just small things.

The apartments we stayed in were spacious and clean. They had all amenities we needed such as drinking water and hand wash soap. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel building, lobby area and kitchen areas were really nice too. The breakfast buffet is really good too! Location is quite close to District 1 and shops, restaurants so I would definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Saigon!!

It is located quite far from the Centre but the grab car there is cheap so it shouldn’t be a bother. But it should have been a lot better if it was in a walking distance to where the action is…

Breakfast is outstanding. Everyday serving is myriad of choices. The place is decent too. The units is great (2 bedroom) with 2 baths. It is good for family or with friends.

Not a bad thing, but FYI this is a larger hotel with less of a personal interaction with staff.

Good location, in a quiet/more official part of D3 while in walking distance to a more lively area with lots of food and drink available. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our flight home was in the evening, so we really appreciated that the staff not only held on to our luggage throughout the day but were happy to let us stick around in the AC'd lobby - really appreciated that!

Good location with restaurant inside. Restaurant had a good selection of food and breakfasts had a great variety. The room was comfortable but basic. We stayed here before our Mekong River cruise which started from this hotel.

Very good staff and facilities. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Great location for main Saigon north of centre sights such as War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace and Jade Emperor Pagoda. And only a few blocks walk to Ben Nghe. If I had one negative it was that the room’s walls were a bit thin so could hear from next room, but in context that’s a minor detail.

What a great place. Stayed here for one night with my parents. Our apartment was clean, bright, spacious, with a cosy common area and well-equipped kitchen. The room was really quiet, especially considering that the hotel is located in the city centre. My parents too were delighted. We also enjoyed the breakfast with its nice selection of delicious foods. Add perfect location (right in the centre of Saigon) to the above, and this is easily one of the best places I have stayed at so far. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, clean, well appointed hotel. Delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of choice for our group. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and professional- a truly great hotel in a good location for touring Saigon - plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance - would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Saigon.

The hotel was great value for money. The room was spacious, clean, the hotel well located (close to the tourist center, but without the hustle and bustle) and the breakfast had plenty of options (mainly oriental).

Room was modern and really clean and spacious. Lovedd that rooms were quite high, so traffic noise wasn't problem. Breakfast was good! Staff was helpful and friendly.
