The small grip for me is the overpowering scent waiffing throughout the reception area. It's a signature for most hotels to do this, and it's always hit-and-miss.

Well-appointed, clean, tidy accomodation. The only downside is a lack of natural light to an otherwise spacious room. Daily housekeeping. 24/7 staff on reception. Breakfast on the top floor consists of eggs your way, pho ga, or a buffet selection of deli-sttle assortments. The customer service personnel (Linh, Sophia) were lovely, sending a WhatsApp before arrival to ask whether any side trips (to Sapa, Ninh Bin, etc) or airport transfers are to be arranged beforehand. All the staff are very sweet. Great location within the Old Quarter. The Aurora Hotels also have an additional two locations, the OG "Premier" location being close to the Lake Hoàn Kiếm, where the rooftop Starlight bar is where you receive a complimentary beer voucher for your stay.

Clean, comfortable, amazing service, excellent breakfast... The place was an absolute dream to stay in! They even did an amazing bed get up for our anniversary celebrations! The staff were very helpful in booking a taxi to the airport and answered any questions we had! The room was amazing with so much space and all the facilities we needed for our stay! If you are after maximum comfort away from the hustle and bustle of the street below this is the place for you! Thank you to the team at Aurora for a wonderful stay!

As we were 3 families, we did not get rooms together and have to stay on different floors. Staff could not help as its a small property and they have limited rooms.

The stand out about this hotel was the staff. We had come from a 5 star hotel previously where we left there was no atmosphere or personal touch. We enjoyed Aurora so much more. The welcome you receive and how comfortable you feel at all times is priceless. The room itself is so clean, comfortable beds, quiet air con, gorgeous decor, nice showers , huge TV with netflix, etc. The breakfast was delicious, and eggs were made to order. The hotel is like a boutique hotel. It's intimate and smaller than huge chain hotels. We loved the location it was so easy to go to the markets and main attractions, had a gym nearby, laundry services nearby, markets and restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel gave us Umbrellas every time we went out which was such a nice touch. The best part of all, was on the day of our check out we weren't leaving till 7pm, so we went sight seeing for the day and came back and the staff let us shower and change before we took the over night train. Amazing service!! We really loved this place.

The hotel is super clean and tastefully designed. Breakfast was amazing with a wide spread! Most importantly, the service of the staff was phenomenal and one of the best. Special thanks to Sophia/Sofia, Lily, Huy and Dawson. We needed a room for a few hours to wash up after coming back from Ha Long Bay and before we take the sleeper train to Sapa but they were fully booked. However, they offered us to use their spa room with a showering facility! Communication between the team members was commendable. Truly appreciate the team at Aurora! 10/10 will recommend others to stay here :)

The staff, size of the room, it was clean. I also could order vegetarian food. The location is very busy but close to the nightmarket. Even the AC was not working well, we could take another room but we didnt. And we were able to check out late because of that. So I will stay here again for sure.

Supremely friendly and hospitable staff - from the start you are welcomed with tea and light snacks. Gorgeous room and bathroom! Breakfast was nice with a wide variety and made to order items. Location was perfect for us. I liked being in the north part of Old Quarter. I really can't recommend the property enough and certainly would look here first if returning to Hanoi. Thank you everyone, especially Sophia and Junior, but really everyone from bellmen to breakfast staff for a wonderful stay. I feel this is an excellent value!

We stayed 1 week in Hanoi at the Old Quarter area. Luckily the last two nights of our trip, finally we found the hotel with a large room and the bed very comfy with acceptable prices. The room is large compared to the other hotels we stayed in the same area in Hanoi.The location is good which is very comfortable. I had should find this hotel earlier. The room disigh is very cosy. The receptionist very kind and helpful also take care of everything you need. Thank for provided us checking in early. During our trip in Vietnam we had tried soup Pho in a fews places and the soup at the hotel breakfast was 10 out of 10. We're going to miss the taste. Highly recommend Aurora Central hotel when you're planning to visit Hanoi.

Family Suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Excellent location in the Old Quarter, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Very close/short walk to market and night market (weekends). Friendly and helpful staff especially Lily, Sophia and Junior. They were amazing and gave us a late check out, which was greatly appreciated. I appreciate all the coffee advice given to me by Sophia (where to buy, best coffee to take home)! Lily was super friendly and accommodating at breakfast. THANK YOU! Communication with the hotel was extremely efficient and fast. We highly recommend this hotel!
