It was the most wonderful experience of my stay in Hanoi. The staff was very friendly and helpful and provided all the various services we needed. They lend us a shower after we checked out so we could catch the night train. Thank you to all the employees who work here.

However, the room had no window, which was a downside for us. While it may be suitable for short-stay travelers, we value natural light and safety. Even with ventilation, the lack of a window raises concerns, especially in case of emergencies like a fire. We always prioritize comfort and safety when choosing a place to stay.

The hotel has an excellent location—very close to major attractions, shopping areas, and all within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the city.

Rooms had no sunlight, but its impossible to find for that price point in the old quarter, since it’s really dense.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly – they fulfilled our every wish and organized everything we wanted to do. The location is both central and quiet, making it easy to reach all the highlights of the old town within just a few minutes. A lot do to and see just around the corner. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious à la carte options to choose from. Price was great for the experience.

The room we had was abit small for our liking. Bathroom could do without some more cleaning but all in all you get what you pay for.

Location was great, away from the busy street noise. Manager and stuff were exceptional, very knowledgeable and helpful. Peter the manager is great host, he helped us organise day tours with discounted pricing.

The bathroom was okay but could do with better cleaning/maintenance maybe for rust etc. The mattresses also aren’t very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is good value for money if on a budget. You can also get free tea and coffee in the lobby all day even without paying for breakfast.

The hotel had no issues that would put me off staying again, I only have it 9 as the window in my room looked out onto a wall so was more of a windowless room but again not an issue. Also the bed was a bit too firm but otherwise a lovely stay

The hotel was lovely, very conveniently located and the staff were very friendly! They helped me with my check-in and offered to help sort out airport transfers. I was travelling with another couple and they kindly put us on the same floor as requested

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Aviary Hanoi Hotel & Travel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, making us feel very welcome. The staff, especially Pitor and Anna, was extremely helpful in assisting us with our plans, including booking a trip to Ninh Binh. Their assistance made the experience very smooth and enjoyable. The Ninh Binh tour organized by the hotel was excellent—well planned and executed. After the tour, Pitor also helped us arrange a Danang bus, which was very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We appreciated the nice breakfast offered each morning. The location of the hotel was very convenient, allowing us to explore Hanoi easily. Overall, we had a fantastic time during our stay. Thanks to the friendly staff, especially Pitor, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The value for money is excellent, and we would definitely recommend Aviary Hanoi Hotel & Travel to others visiting Hanoi.

The room we stayed with had no windows, and we were very surprised with it. The washroom door is with transparent glass ... and not comfortable. The shower area is too small.. since we had other activities lined up, so the hotel room was just to sleep...

The hotel is in the heart of the city, the old quarter, it's a happening place, everything is walking distance.... hotel rooms are economically priced
