In the morning, there was a man came into the room to fix things, but my room is Female room so i find it’s a bit inconvenient since there’s many Muslim girl in the same room with me.

It was central, walking distance to the most dynamic, lively street. The staffs were so helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Room is a bit stuffy during the day when aircon is off but that didn't effect me as I was out all day.

Helpful staff. Beds were nice and private with curtains. There is an elevator which helps with bags. You get your own locker big enough for a big bag. Great central location in old quarter :)

The 6 bed dorm is a little small, I think 3 people max in that room is fine. Also I think the cooking class started very early in the morning so it was a little bit noisy.

A nice guesthouse. Very good location. Great price including a very nice choice of breakfast, especially the pancakes. Alice is very nice and friendly. Wi-Fi worked well.

The staff were so friendly. They helped me book a nice tour and a good sleeper bus to Sapa. The homestay was clean and comfy and has a really nice location near to the lake.

My favorite part was the staff! Sooo very kind and super helpful! We missed the last bus to our destination and the staff helped by calling around to find a solution, and helped us until the very end! The ac was nice and cold and the beds super soft! The placement is more than perfect as well!!

everything was to my liking.. this was my second visit. Upgraded to a dorm with fewer beds, well managed and organised. I love their wristband security key for you cupboard, and on smaller dorms key card entry. Comfy bed with curtains and a modern bathroom. Nice basic breakfast. Quick turn around laundry service.

It wasn’t very sociable - the only common area is a small bar where breakfast is served, so it was hard to meet people. Breakfast is free, but pretty underwhelming.

Excellent hostel and good value for money. The best thing was the staff - especially Alice, who was incredibly helpful in arranging transport and my entire Ha Giang Loop trip, all at a reasonable price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with decent showers.

This place is real awesome! They have a whole part for woman (bathroom and rooms) so I can feel safe and comfortable. Alice and all the staff is very kind and help me organising my trip. For breakfast, lot of options. Thank you for everything!

Both outer and inner doors to the mixed dorm weren't secure (didn't completely close and lock), which only bothered me because of the amount of noise allowed in.

Good location if you want to be right in the beer street action and close to the other Old Quarter attractions. Easy check-in and check-out process and lockers built into the cubby of each bed. Separate common area beside the dorm room was convenient for stashing a large bag or repacking your stuff.

bed was comfy, well air conditioned including own fan! own locker too. not much space, but still has a little shelf for a few belongings. included breakfast & 20% of lunch & dinner was great! food was lovely. staff very polite and helpful

There was constantly missing toilet paper which made me go downstairs to the toilet on ground floor. The AC wasn't running the whole day only between 6pm and 12pm so it wasn't really possible to rest in the afternoon (the fan was super loud). The aisle between beds is so narrow that it was impossible to walk if 2 people from lower beds kept their backpacks there. Also, it was pretty loud place not from the street but inside.

Hostel is located in the old quarter, quite close to the airport bus stop, from outside it's a bit hard to locate as it's also a restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but nice. They have a wide selection of trips, money exchange, laundry, a lot of services. The female dorm has 3 toilets and 2 showers with very good cosmetics. Also a locker which fits 60l backpack and apart from AC, a fan for each bed, also a towel. Good thing is a terrace opened all the time.

I only wish the staff didn't have to enter the rooms to clean so early in the morning, at that time some people may still be catching up to much-needed sleep.

Great place all around! Kind and helpful staff, comfortable and private beds, each with locker, fan, light and electricity plug, and clean toilets and showers, in a very convenient area of the Old Quarter within walking distance from important bus stops and landmarks. I recommend it and would stay again!
