To be honest, there is nothing I would do to improve this place. It's small, so there are few other guests and the host provides excellent service.

The host was awesome. She spoke great English and helped us arrange everything we needed. She brought us bicycles, arranged for a car service and gave great recommendations for restaurants. She also cooked great breakfasts. The location was close to the Old Quarter, but on a quiet street.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the room was big and clean. Very nice bathroom. They served delicious breakfast freshly made for you, you just need to chose from the menu. It’s not in the old town but it’s short walk. There is grocery shop not far, great banh mi maybe 5 minutes away.

Nam is a superb host. She kept checking on us as our flight got delayed. Her comms are immaculate. Heaps of local knowledge. And very easily approachable for any help. In most cases, You may get a better deal if You book a cab off her over the very competitive Grab App! Loved the cozy ambience of the place. And a minutes walk gets You to the busy heart of Hoi An. Nice breakfast and coffee!

Nothing- for the price, it was all very pleasant!

Good value for money! Mrs Nam was very helpful arranging a really reasonably priced driver to go sightseeing to My Son Sanctuary and to go to the airport after our stay. The room was nice, and she had generously decorated it with rose petals and a sweet treat for our anniversary celebration. The location is great for walking to the tailor shops and into town.

Nothing, really. Kettle and tea cups provided, but no complimentary tea/coffee in the room.

Property was clean, tidy, and well presented. Good bathroom layout, with glass partitioned shower. Good choice for breakfast. Very short walking distance to the historic quarter. Lam spoke excellent English and was very friendly and helpful; she provided scooter hire and organised a taxi to Danang Airport for us.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location quiet and in walking distance to the old town. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and was very delicious. Mrs. Nam is the perfect host. She helped us a lot with booking tours and arranging transfers from an to the airport. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Thanks a lot.
