I had a very clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. I also liked the location - it felt local, but I was able to walk to the tourist areas. There were a couple of good restaurants and a good juice bar nearby.

Everything is new, location of the homestay is very near and accessible to many places in district 1. Pharmacy , coffee shops and convenience stall are all a stone throw away. Rooms are spacious too. Property is also very clean.

Disorganised, would need proper management. There was no option to pay by card, they forgot that we needed to pay - we told them before we left that we still have to pay the bill, so when we were rushing for the airport they said it was cash only and we had to find some ATM ... Stressful and could be avoided if payment would be taken upfront. Also rooms weren't ready for us, would also need a good cleaning... in general a good place but disorganised

Staff doesn't speak English. They don't have a card machine on premise and ask you to pay by cash at the time of check-out (See the chat screenshots). When I insisted that I want to pay by card, the host asked me to share my card details with him over the phone, which is quite an unreasonable request. Eventually, the host brought a card machine and came to the property but charged us 2% more for paying by card. Since I had a flight to catch, I did not want to waste time and agreed to paying 2% more. This is something the host should mention to guests at the time of booking rather than at the time of checkout. Cars cannot enter the lane, so you need to walk 100 meters to the hotel. No elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. (you get what you pay for). If you happen to reach a few hours before your check-in time like we did, and decide to use the common washroom, it is not very clean, and the door does not lock. The location is peaceful but at least 20-30 mins walking distance from places of interest. Unless you are okay to walk 20-30 mins every time you step out, be prepared to take a grab and set aside some budget for this while booking this hotel.

Responsive host who helped sort out some issues with our flights even before we reached Saigon. Friendly and prompt hotel staff who helped us for any of our needs. Super clean and comfortable rooms (we booked the studio with a stovetop and a bathtub). We reached 5 hours before check-in time and were allowed to use the common bathroom in the lobby. Location is just off the main road inside a lane, but super quiet, and we slept quite comfortably every night.
