The hotel was a little tired - but overall it was good.

Good location could walk into central HCMC in around 20 mins. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and really good breakfast. Pool area was nice, not huge but nice to cool off at the end of the day.

Decent Stay, but Staff Experience Could Be Improved I recently stayed at Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh City and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is well-designed and located in a convenient area, close to many restaurants, cafes, and attractions. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable—definitely up to the standard I was expecting. However, I was disappointed with the level of service from the staff. Throughout my stay, I found them to be rather unhelpful and not as attentive or welcoming as I’ve experienced at other hotels in Vietnam. Simple requests often felt like a burden to them, and there was a noticeable lack of warmth in the interactions. The facilities, such as the rooftop pool and breakfast area, were nice, but the overall experience was affected by the less-than-supportive service. Bay Hotel has potential, and with more focus on hospitality and guest support, it could be a great place to stay. For now, it was just an average experience.

Breakfast was excelent, many options, both traditional and European. The locations was good, close to main ponints of attraction. The room was decent size and clean. Also we enjoyed the included mini-bar which was restocked daily with a nice variety of products

Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Pool was very good with amenities. Was open late which was perfect. Location was very good, very accessible to many places by foot.

Pool only opens until 6pm. Bathrooms are not well noise insulated and, you can hear water running from room above when in use.

Great value for what hotel offers. Large rooms, modern bathroom, free minibar, roof top pool, amazing breakfast, coffee shops around, walkable to many attractions and other restaurants and local food establishments. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Tour guide operator desk on site.

The room could be a little bit more soundproof? At night the sound from surroundings are pretty loud, even when you’re in the higher floor.

The location is super nice and there’s a lot of restaurants, coffee shop, bars nearby which is only walking distance.

No window I have never experienced this. I was forced to leave the room during the day because of this. I felt very claustrophobic and very uncomfortable. This is not shown when you book the room. I will not stay again and probably wouldn’t recommend it to family and friends. I had to sleep with the TV on every night for a light, I actually felt scared
