The villa was very pretty. The host & staff was really friendly and helped arrange transport. Breakfast was also very good. The room was spacious and really clean. Overall a very good accommodation, which I highly recommend!

The location was perfect, quiet lovely neighbourhood within a 5 minute walk to the beach. We could borrow their bicycles to go to Hoi An old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly made and tasty. We highly recommend staying at Beach Palm Villa!

I would have loved it if the restaurant was open for dinner too. But with that said, it meant I got to head out and explore the area more.

Very comfy bed, staff were great, breakfast was delicious each day, and everything was super clean. And photo definitely matched the experience. Location is quiet. About a 30 min walk to An Bang main beach area. Old town is walkable too actually but probably wouldn't recommend it in the heat and changeable weather because it's further away than the beach. Super quick to catch a Grab wherever you need to anyway, especially if heading out for lunch or dinner/sightseeing/swim.

Super clean and comfy, the owner is amazing and super helpful with everything. The staff overall is super nice and the breakfast always fresh and delicious. The bed is super comfortable and it is a neighborhood without noise, which I appreciate. As a women traveling alone, I felt super safe.

Comfy bed, large room, loved the balcony area we had it was huge. Close to the beach, not much around the hotel however a taxi is very cheap to the main area. Good breakfast choices and mini bar selection which was surprisingly cheap.

Only complaint is their laundry service shrunk and stained my clothes even though I asked them specifically not to mix the colours

My recomendation is to book the rooms higher than 1st floor. Not good sound isolation in the morning when the children want to swim in the pool) but it was only 2 mornings)

Friendly administrator who can help with any issue. The pictures of villa in booking are completelly match the real ones! The swimming pool is great. The breakfasts are very tasty (5-6 options to choose). The clean rooms, the beach is 5 min on foot. I would visit this place again!

Noise in room from pool area and current building work from 7am! Grumpy night time, security man. Need to soundproof the rooms and it would be 10/10

Leyla was lovely and went above and beyond, helping us book our bus to our next destination ❤️ we also booked a cookery course and coconut Village via her, and it was fantastic. Thank you. The area is pretty quiet, not many restaurants at walking distance, but there is still a few!

The staff is absolutely amazing, the room is huge and cleaned every day, fresh towels provided daily, great shower, delicious breakfast, 200 meters from the beach. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!

Excellent value for money, pool was a Godsend, Lyna who worked the reception desk is amazing in terms of helping organise everything , even once outside of Hoi An. It’s situated on a quiet road round the corner from Bang Au Beach, with quick access to the quieter Hidden Beach. The ride to Hoi A central is about 15 mins on motorbike - so everything is very easy and close.

The staff were the most wonderful people who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, truly would recommend the place based on their staff efforts alone! The property was very clean I never saw one ant, and it was maintained regularly by staff. Security is around during the night and friendly also. The photos are very accurate and I would highly recommend staying here!

If you're a light sleeper id suggestion requesting an upper floor room. We stayed on ground level which is just a few steps from reception, you can hear everybody up for breakfast and on the occasion other guest coming in late and being loud. Occasionally there is very loud kareoke next door but it doesnt go too late.

The staff were fantastic, very attentive. Good selection of breakfast included. The pool is always nice and cool, we loved jumping in after a hot day. 5 minutes walk to the beach, the beach was never very busy when we went. Massive rooms. The staff often gave us cut up fruit whenever we were by the pool. Overall great value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

The area where the guest house is located is very quiet, place is clean, room is nice with a large terrasse, the staff is very helpful. Price-quality ratio is excellent.

Beautiful place near the beach part of hoi an. The rooms are so clean and comfortable! They also have snacks and water provided which was a lovely touch. Shower is fabulous, and clean towels provided daily. It’s not super close to the busy parts of hoi an, so great for a quiet restful stay. The staff go out of their way to help you - I arrived late at night having booked last minute due to a change of plans, and they were quick to respond to messages, made sure I could check-in late, and even arranged a car to the airport for me. They can easily arrange scooter hire too (mine arrived within an hour or so!) and help with things to do in hoi an. Breakfast is great, especially the banana pancakes! Good Vietnamese coffee as well ☺️
