The aircon in my room would sometimes drip/leak water onto me (bed was right below it lol). Not very often, but still strange.

Didn't realise that the location was on a party street, still managed to get some sleep! Lots of great food around this area as well. Great price, staff even helped me get my washing/laundry done for a reasonable fee per kg.

The room was called VIP room. with scratched walls, terrible smell inside , dirty , the bedlinen smelly, I covered as much as I could with towels. I had two showers to get better with smell , the tap was moving not being fixed, floor was dirty too. VIP room it was the worst ever room I ever been .

The location is near Bui Vien a very popular street. Full of bars, restaurants, quite expensive though, but you can't expect better prices on a such popular street.

Expensive but don't have air-condition super hot inside not worth it. When i arrived they charged me more cause the room i booked for the boys, they should give me discount for that and not having air condition

It is located at the most noisy street of Saigon so you can hear everything like you are at the bar all night long. If you wanna get some sleep we do not recommend this place! The music was on and super loud until 4am, so if you are not a party animal, avoid this place.

It is close to city center what is fine but too close to the party street (so you can hear music all night long).

They charged extra for early check-in despite having rooms available. Floghts come in early so didn't understand the point for 2 PM check-in. Air conditioners weren't working Too much noise as music kept playing down. Didn't like the place. Chose hotels ahead closer to bui vien and not bui vien area

I stayed at a dorm, and the room is super noisy, with very loud music from Bui Vien walking street. I could not sleep the whole night. Also, the dorm is very dirty, the bed is very itchy, and not clean at all. The bathroom is also very bad, ugly, no facilities. Very very very bad, especially the dorm room. The hotel better not advertise the dorm. I booked 3 nights, but I have to check out after the first night and accepted the fact that I paid 3 nights just for 1 night stay.

Asked a question before even arriving to the property and never received a reply then the day of got a message asking us to rate the property but only if it was 10/10! If the stay was bad was told to not bother with the review. The locations awful if you want to get any sleep too!

It’s literally a club, a tattoo studio and a hotel in the same place. Super loud because it’s literally on the Bui Vien Street. I stayed at the dorms and turns out it was where the staff slept. I left and accidentally forgot something, when I called them they told me they checked and didn’t find anything. When I went back to the hotel turns out they suddenly found it. It’s also really hard to find because turns out the real name is Valentine Hotel. Would never go back, the only thing that can salvage this place is getting soundproof walls, doors and windows. My window had a hole so I had to listen to all the loud music the whole night. Awful experience.

Wasn't clean, rooms are old, only one bathroom for the whole floor with a shower inside. So if anyone is using shower can't use the toilet, unisex toilet too. Room was dirty. Only stayed for one night thankfully. Very loud and was on top floor.

We stayed over at a fridag night. And because it was in the Bar street, there was DJs competing until 5am. And really loud. A good place if you stay out most night. Bad, if you actually want to rest and sleep.

Honestly, the worst place I have stayed through Booking. I felt fear. I paid for a shared female room which was at the last floor of the building and when I arrived one of the girls asked me If I was there "To work" We know what this meant. I took my backpack and I left. Please girls, be careful.
