Wonderful staff and great location. Short walk to night market and eateries. Catch the taxi buggy out the front and go for a ride all around Hoi An. Tailor on the left across the road provided great service.

The staff made the trip. So happy, friendly and peaceful. The resort itself was located the perfect distance from the Old Town, quiet, on the river, but only a 5-10min walk to the hustle and bustle. The food was delicious. Buffet breakfast perfect. The pools were clean and well tended by staff for safety. The swim up bar bartender performed a few tricks which were cool to watch. Nothing was too much trouble. Whenever we had a request, the staff were exceptionally accommodating. Can't complain about anything at all. It was a fantastic stay. Thank you so much!

The pool water is always warm, which isn't pleasant when it's so hot outside. No kids' club, just a small outdoor children's area - but you can't spend time there because it's too hot outside

AustraliaThe "kids Club" I feel they need to put more effort in here, if the kids are happy it's a more pleasant family holiday. The paints were dried up each time I took our little one and the toys/books weren't appealing. We didn't like the fact the TV's aren't smart to connect to Netflix/YouTube even. It took us a long time to find 1 channel in English.

The staff are amazing, in particular the pool guys which really look after you and ensure you always have towels and even go to the extent of bringing extra towels without even needing them or having to ask. All the team are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is delicious and everything is very clean. Used the shuttle bus service to An Bang beach which is always spot on time. Just outside the resort is money exchange and massages at good prices.

The room was lovely and spacious. The pool staff were helpful and friendly, particularly up on the roof top pool. That there is a children’s pool where they can use inflatables and rings etc.

AustraliaThe rooms really need to be fitted with chest of drawers to accomodate for clothing, there was no provision to unpack suite case and store items. Also section of the wardrobe could be a little longer so that dresses can be hung without being scrunched at the bottom of the cupboard. Bedside tables on each side of the bed would also be good along either reading lamp.
Breakfast was lovely but the variety did not seem as great as our stay in 2024.

SingaporeWe got upgraded to Marina Suite because the original room we booked was noisy and to make things worst the bidet water outlet burst causing water to flow out to the room. But the manager on duty Yen did a fantastic job of changing our room immediately. She even arranged for free laundry for the clothes that got wet and constantly check on our well being. 2 thumbs up for excellent customer and service recovery. Thank you Yen❤️
