All was perfect.

Good location close to beach. Markets are close to the hotel. Kind and very polite staff. Big thanks for Luna and Anna. You have open area with sweeming pool, cafe at 17th floor with kid's zone and gym. Amazing spa (we tried different types of massage twice). Breakfast was cool with any food (vegetables, eggs, meat, seafood, sweeties etc). Also here are laundry (wash my clothes and shoes). We booked tour to bana hills (you can choose another tours). You can change here money (dollars to dongs, max = 2 500 000 dongs). Receptionist staff help to you with any question and can help to recommend some interesting places (we try few restoraunts). Recommend!

The hotel is new, right in front of the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every afternoon, we were served afternoon tea on the terrace (beautiful, with a spectacular view of the beach and the sea). We also really appreciated the towels that were provided every time we went to the beach. Breakfast had a really wide selection: it's a shame we didn't get to try everything!

The location was great, close to the beach and great seafood restaurants nearby! Really grateful to all the staffs at the hotel, especially Luna and Harry who showed us great hospitality during our stay here, even helping us find out what type of coffee beans they used for their viet coffee at breakfast 🤣 (they were actually a mix of 2 coffee beans!) The staffs also helped us with booking reservations, truly a must in Da Nang where almost all the popular restaurants was fully booked on our first day ! We also absolutely loved the Massage service at the hotel, might just be the best massage I ever had~

Nothing to complain about for me. However, the pool isn't giant and it's covered so if you're trying to bake in the sun at the pool you can still do it on the deck adjacent to the pool.

I had the best room they offer, with a balcony with excellent views, and this was an upgrade. Cam On! On site there's a delicious breakfast every day to get you going with a great variety of culinary offerings. Top floor there's an Ocean View bar with a pool, & sky bar in the back & even a gym. 3rd floor there's a Spa with excellent therapists. The location is great with a ton of excellent restaurants and bars across the street. What makes this property exemplarly is the staff. The staff here are charming, friendly, attentive, helpful, polite, accommodating and just simply adorable people. They will go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible and they do it because that is who they are. Genuine, sincere, good people doing an excellent job with special mentions for: Anna Concierge, friend, and personal assistant will guide you to anything you need, speaks perfect English and is a charming as they come. Mina at the spa, from Hoi An is probably the most polite, and charming person you'll meet at a Spa. The Spa therapists are skilled especially Lieu, she is plain awesome! Like incredible! Trinh is also right there top of the list too. The restaurant manager: Thong/Pineyt is ultra respectful, has great demeanor & cheer and you can see daily at breakfast he and his staff are there to make sure your belly is full, your day starts out bright & that you matter and your satisfaction is achieved. Also the Bell Men, I borrowed a bicycle just about every day of my week's long stay and these guys are fun, nice, helpful and just all around gentleman. I can't say enough about the staff at BlueSun they make you feel like a friend of the family. Cam On! Already looking forward to my return.

Great hotel, excellent location and very welcoming, friendly and kind staff. There was a lot of choices for breakfast. The beach was walking distance and we had a very clean good size room with all the facilities. One particular member of staff named Luna always went out of her way to make sure we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Although new at this hotel, she is very knowledgeable and passionate individual with a lot of drive. I will not hesitate to mention that she is a real gem and an asset to this hotel and wish her all the best in her career.

Honestly, there’s nothing really not to like about the hotel, it’s situated directly across from the beach and some wonderful restaurants.

First of all the staff was really friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The girl’s at the front desk especially (Luna ). Made sure our stay was a pleasant one. If I had owned, a hotel, she would be the first one I would hire . There was one other thing that really stood out as well, the concierge’s always had a smile on their face. & where there to help you weather it was a recommendation or get you a taxi.

The property was in a great location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Anna (Ngân) at the front desk. The pool and children’s play area were fantastic for our family. The daily buffet breakfast has great variety and was excellent and the afternoon tea service was also very good.

The carpets outside the lift hours could have done with a deep clean.

We had a ocean view with balcony room - great views and surprisingly quiet on the 9th floor from the traffic noise. Breakfast was impressive with a huge selection of European/ Asian. The afternoon tea had a good selection of local fruits and was beautifully presented.

The whole experience was exceptional. The staff are super efficient and friendly. Their English proficieny was well above average. The staff I got to know were Jenny, Luna, Harry and Ellie. They booked us Grabs and gave us directions to places we wantedto visit. The hotel is super clean and the room was quiet. All in all an excellent time was had.

We enjoyed everything. The rooms were big and cleaned every day, they changed the towels and the sheets. The staff was very nice and helpful. Every day they wanted to make our stay pleasant. We had a free transfer from/to airport and that was a bonus for us. We enjoyed the buffed breakfast: lots of options to choose from and great view. Lots of restaurants nearby that serves sea food, vietnamese food or international food.

The hotel was right across the road from the beach and not too far from the key attractions in the area. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. Luna was very attentive, keeping us updated about our booking and occasionally checking in to see whether we were enjoying our stay via text. One of the hotel’s drivers Khai was a great guy and drove us around (and waited for us at all attractions) for very reasonable prices. The breakfast was excellent.
