The hotel has a good location and easy approach. It is clean and well-maintained. However, there is no restaurant or room service, which is a drawback. If you are a solo traveler, this place is suitable, but it may not be very convenient for families. Otherwise, the location and basic services are okay. For food, you will need to order from outside.

I think the staff can communicate better. We also had a power outage at night and they did not have a generator backup and since the room had no opening windows, it got so suffocating. Not a great experience when you pay the money we did. The tub also did not have running hot water, just lukewarm water. Also, there were ridiculous price tags on everything including bubbles for the bath. It came across as very money oriented.

We got a tub and a well-maintained room with a big window! It felt like it was worth the price we paid.

Didn’t realise it was a romantic hotel until after we booked so it was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet night with your partner. It is close to main things to see. It is very comfortable and the staff are lovely.

There was no hand soap, and the noise level was extremely high even at night.

Considering the price, it’s in a very good location and close to entertainment centers. Also, the interior design of the rooms is quite nice and clean.

Upon checking in the lady at the desk seemed rather rude, no smile with service and not very helpful which put a bit of a downer on it as everywhere else we travelled in Vietnam everyone was so welcoming

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Bonita Signature in Saigon. The room was clean, well-designed, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth.

The staff is not so polite as you would find in Hanoi/nearby. Small adjustments will costs, anything else will cost.

The location is good. 15-minute walking distance from walking street. Nearby shops and restaurants are available. The VIP room in hotel is good.

Well personally, I love having a hot shower. Water wasn’t extremely hot, but the temperature was higher than warm for sure.

The bed was extremely comfortable, I loved the mirrors in the bedroom and bathroom. Soft towels, sensual lighting, very private.

I didnt know that the hotel is a place for couples to do weird stuff, but the room are not sound proof so its uncomfortable for us. And found a few bugs in the room.

Hot and cold taps both provided very hot water! Very confusing. Bath would only hold water if I put my butt cheek over the plug. Spa appeared to be not working... though that didn't bother me.

Extremely comfortable bed. Loved the location...close to walk street and a great park for morning exercise with the locals (my highlight of my trip!). Awesome bahn mi's and egg coffee just around the corner too. Got a big laugh when we realized we had accidentally booked the Love hotel...not sure if it was also a pay by the hour? Staff laughed when we requested twin beds...all rooms come with round beds! The extras in the room gave us a giggle. (We are sisters sharing the room)..we didn't have a need for them unfortunately. 😆
