Staff so friendly and helpful

It’s a new building and very clean

The ambience is great.. and I have to rate highly the mattress topper.. it made my sleep so good.. and walking along a river us always good.

Although it's a love hotel, I didn't come across any "couples".

I like the modern decor and the simplicity Staff easygoing . Cleaning staff lovely . Bath and tv great , nice and trendy . Great for a night with a partner if you need somewhere discreet

The hotel is clearly a hotel for people who want have “fun” shall we say . I was kept up all night for over 3-4 weeks of my stay till 3 am by people next door shouting screaming , I think it’s Also used by women to work. One girl was crying and screaming for 3 days, I reported it . The damp smell in the room was awful. There are no windows in the main rooms just black walls, and the showers are wet rooms no ventilation. Rooms so thin walls I could hear a whole movie at one point . Even smell the cigarette smoke from the next room as much as it’s meant to be non smoking, it’s great for couples and “working” women but definitely felt claustrophobic and the damp smells are awful. Be prepared to hear a lot of noise from couples! It was an interesting experience! Other than that it’s cheap and cheerful

We were a bit sceptical about the hotel because it’s a love hotel and we went as friends. But honestly had a best experience, it was clean, comfy, super affordable and a great location. Staff were nice, 10/10 experience. We actually booked on for an extra night in their sister venue because it was so good.

Absolutely nothing. Not as described.

Everything, window was bricked up, staff were extremely rude. Left after an hour as room not as described, no refund given and they tried to charge me more to cancel even though I paid for my stay in full already. Staff are so rude. Do not book this place!

I booked a room for two nights, but unfortunately I checked out after 3 hours. Please beware of very misleading photos and lack of information about the lack of windows and daylight in some rental options. Unfortunately, my room was one of those, even though I didn't find any information about the lack of a window when booking. Additionally, it was stuffy and smelly. When I asked the staff to refund the fee for at least one night's stay, I was ignored - and, to put it briefly, booking also ignored me. I don't recommend it to anyone, stay away

The room is pretty and clean. But if you go for solo trip might be a bit problem because this is love hotel 😂 I didn’t realised it on the first place however everything is good

The only time ever that I couldn’t sleep because the room couldn’t be darkened. There kept being a light on through the window and there no blinds. Awful experience.
