While the bathroom was private, it was down the hallway from the room. The bathroom and hallways also weren’t air conditioned.

The location was great, access to laundry was helpful, staff were friendly and helpful, and I liked that there was a shared kitchen. We got to meet other travellers while still being able to retreat to our private space.

Everything is good

It is apartments without reception, but anyway check-in and check-out is very smooth. Hosts create what’s app chat and always in connect. Room is clean. Also there is a kitchen with necessary equipment. You even can make Vietnamese coffee or tea. Area is also good, you can find good cafes and even bar

The hygiene can be better. For instance, the courtyard where the dryer and washer are could be more clean.

The staff are exceptional. They are extremely responsive on Zalo and super helpful when helping me to receive some deliveries during my stay. I also like the location tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood, yet only a few mins away from the city center.

It is very cosy and convenient place. Has its own vibe, not ordinary hotel, but like actual HOME. Everything is on its place, all small necessities “you dont think about till its gone” prepared, like detergent powder, or iron, or speaker. Located in very comfy area with majority of coffee places. And most important-staff. They helped and navigated me so much! Even with questions they absolutely didn’t have to. I am so glad I choose this place🩵

The room was clean and it had a large window that allowed some natural light in through a kind of large skylight or opening in the building. This was nice, but I personally prefer rooms with some kind of view onto the landscape of the city or the surroundings. It's a somewhat minor thing, and I might very well stay there again, or see if they have any rooms with outward facing windows.

I like the atmosphere of the place, and the security. Communication with the staff was generally very good. The arrangement of the room and its closeness to the bathroom was very convenient. The location was also very good, close to a lot of interesting coffee houses and restaurants, and the river.

It was a bit confusing when we arrived as there is no reception or staff around, we hadn't realised it wasn't a hotel. but the communication through whatsapp was sufficient to get us checked in. Otherwise very good.

It's a bit hard to find, and all the gates in the neighborhood close early at night. The only way in is through a little side gate on the opposite side of the neighborhood, which was a pain to locate after a long day. Also, the balcony was small and dirty.

As people have mentioned, you do need to leave a cash deposit but I knew and was prepared and it was returned the day I left, no problems. I guess they only have that policy in place for good reason.

The location is a huge plus point, easy accessible to all the locations, got some very cool boutique cafes & cool bars in walking distance. Big shout out to Daniel & Mitchell they really helped out with the recommendation & arrangements.

The botanist lab is in a side street. The easiest way to get around would have been by scooters, in our case (because with children) we had to switch to Grab and Taxis. So we needed our mobile internet access to reserve the cars.

It was our second flat with the Circadian team. The team is incredibly accommodating and always available, really recommendable. The botanist Lab has everything nearby (small shops and many restaurants) and is quiet an authentic experience. Everything you need (soap, washing powder, etc) is available.
