I liked how this hotel is close to everything. Highly recommended especially for those people who wanted to explore Ho Chi Minh. Will definitely be booking here again once I go back to Vietnam.

You can hear traffic outside and other guest next door. Unlucky if you have noisy neighbours like I did. If you are a light sleeper may be reconsider staying here. If not, then everything here is great for a few nights stay.

Not too busy area. The staff were helpful and gave local recommendations. The room was very spacious and had a great view of the city. Room was clean and housekeepers attended daily to freshen up.

Rooms not so clean and had bad smell… but the staff were nice and change us to other room. But it will be better if improve about cleaning.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The facilities were fine and it is great value for travelling on a budget. It's only 5 minutes walk to Biu Vien Walking Street, restaurants and entertainment.

This was our second stay here. Even though the electricity went out during a lightning storm and we had to help someone stuck in the lift on our first stay, we booked again because we liked the hotel and thought it was a one off. However on this stay the elevator broke again when it rained. It was not fixed for 24 hours so we had to go up and down the stairs, which were blocked on floor one. Fire escape had loads of stuff blocking the way out. The stairs had trip hazards on them and didn't feel safe ... in the event of a fire you can't use the elevator and it would be hard to get out. That's why I wouldn't book again.

The room was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and the security guy was always helpful.

There was only 3 options (eggs, noodles with beef and noodle soup) for breakfast on one menu and e few other (several noodle soups with different meat) on second menu, on the second day staff gave me only first menu and haven't offered any drinks, that was strange. There was big windows in a deluxe suite room with the view on fire stairs, which is used to smoke, so you don't feel any confidence there and no view either. It should be nice to be able to close bottom part of the window somehow, to have at least privacy and sky view at the same time. Staff was not very attentive, there was water and tea/coffee only on check-in, I'm not sure if they have to replace it daily, but it was first time they won't.

That was big room, nice AC, door contactless card locks. All facilities are as good as new, nice bathroom with hot water, comfortable bed, nice tv, a small table for laptop and a chair. Location is 5 min walk to the party street. There are some cafe and restaurants nearby, not the best, but no grocery stores nearby. There is also 1 fast elevator, which quite enough. Also there is cafe in the hotel and smokehouse on the last floor/roof.

Everything was great, amazing view from our room across the city. Comfortable beds lovely showers and décor. Great restaurant serving a wide range of breakfast items and dinners. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very close to everything.

Breakfast was included in the price, but they were kinda poor - I was asked to choose one dish from breakfast menu, but it was small. Fridge smelled very bad, wanted to take cola from it, but there was water on top, so put it back. Could not keep my food in this stinky fridge. Walls could use some repainting. There was no hair conditioner, provided toothpaste was not sealed, so cannot be used.

Room was good according to Vietnamese standards. It was close to different government buildings and not very far from centre. I was not able to check in earlier, but hotel took care of my bag.

Breakfast is only okay, passable at best. The staff do not seem very happy to help when needed.

1st room had a cockroach so they changed us to another room 2nd room didn't have AC working so they changed us to a better room The 3rd room was actually good. It had more space and a window to the outside. They did a free upgrade because of the initial problems. Would say it's a decentish cheap option.
