Amazing view...right on the beach. Best view we've ever had. There's a private beach, use of paddleboard, kayak, bikes. Staff are so friendly and kind. Aline is super helpful. The room is huge with lots of light. I recommend the Seaview Queen room!! Immaculately clean. NEW AND CLEAN! The view the view the view!! Great place to relax and chill. Breakfast is amazing with great Vietnamese and Western options...fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice included.

Very good hotel and Aline is a responsive and caring hostess. Delicious breakfasts and clean rooms. beautiful view from the window and the sea within walking distance. There is everything for a comfortable stay at the hotel. There is a bike rental around the clock. We once left with an empty tank and stopped by the road - Aline came to us and brought gasoline. thank you Aline! You are the best!

The room is spacious. Staff is polite. Aline, the resort owner is very hospitable. She helped to arrange for our airport transfer at VND350,000 one way (pay driver directly). This is the only resort that I stayed in Phu Quoc that I can watch TV (YouTube was a plus). We did not use the bicycles but you may want to know the bicycles are available and free of charge to use.

This hotel is a wonderful and beautiful place to stay far away from the busy touristy places. If you are looking for a great place to have a real rest surrounded by beauty don’t look any further! This is your place. Besides the rooms are very clean, comfortable and have a stunning view to the sea where you can watch the sunrise. Aline is a wonderful host that we well help you with everything you need during your stay. Highly recommended this place.

There are many steps and uneven paths which could be a problem if it's difficult for people walking but we were ok.

What a gorgeous hotel ! Inside is very chic and boutique and the beach very rustic with hammocks and a wooden deck . The room has a modern oval bath and is very spacious. The location is perfect if you love quietness and serenity. Aline the owner was very gracious and willing to help when we needed a taxi to the airport at 5am . She even sent us on our way with a smile and breakfast in a bag .

Very nice place. A room is really good and big enough with a sea view. The hotel has a small sand beach and a very comfortable entrance in the water from a wooden bridge. And you can swim right away, which makes me happy because I am very fond of swimming. There is a very cute robe for the beach in the room or just a robe.Especially considering the fact that the sea in this part of the island is shallow. The owner Aline and her assistants try to help you in everything. And of course a very tasty food with reasonable prices.

I would especially like to mention how we were greeted after the road. Very friendly. Aline and all the staff are very pleasant and polite. The room is clean, with a great view of the sea. There's a pier. Nice beach. We highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant prices, while still reasonable, were higher than in the west of the island. When we were there it was very windy - which made it impossible to use the kayaks or SUP. A bit remote location - there is only a bar nearby, to which we actually went by a motorbike instead of walking because of nearby dogs.

Breakfast included which was nice, private beach with hammocks and sun loungers. Rooms were spacious, with big windows, clean. There are kayaks, SUP and bikes available for free. Scooters can be rented at the property for 200k a day. The communication with Aline was very good - we had an open conversation on Whatsup and Aline was quick to respond. If you plan to spend time on a beach and not move much outside the property - then it might be a place for you.

Aline is the nicest, most caring and the friendliest host ever! She smiles all the time, always in a good mood, she is available 24/7 if you need something, she is willing to help with anything. She was really like my second mom. She speaks Vietnamese, French and English so there was no problem with communication. I even extended my stay and i am sorry i am leaving! Rest of the staff is also very nice and friendly but they don’t speak English. This side of the island is very quiet and besides one bar nearby there is not much to do, to get to tourist attractions you need motorbike but you can rent one via hotel. This place is perfect if you want quiet and peaceful place to chill at the beach. No tourists, no crowds, no noise.

We used the Grab to take us from the ferry terminal, but the location shared on the booking was not the right one. So we were brought to the wrong address. Alina offered us a taxi, but sadly we didn't accept it at first. Then she came to get us with the taxi. The location is a bit far from everything. If you want to enjoy your day at the Hotel it is OK. Also it is not really appropriate for people with disabilities since the stairs to the dining terrace and to the beach are really steep. It would be nice if the room would be cleaned every day. The neighbors are building their house and that means some noise and not a good view on the construction site, but she can not do anything about that. However they will finish soon and then the surrounding will be all beautiful again.

The room was very nice and the view was great. We didn't have time to try the kayak. Alina is very kind and really wants to help. She also has her own restaurant and we tried some delicious noodles and rice with seafood that she cooked for us. She was very caring and organized an early breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the morning.

Very quiet place with little private beach on the east side of the Island. Far away from the hustle of the other side. We had a nice spacious room with three confortable beds. It was easy to rent scooters directly via the hotel or having laundry made. We had three choices for breakfast, Pho soup, or Banh Mi or dumplings, all with coffee, juice and fruits. If you want to chill and ohm, go there.

If you like to be away from the crowds, enjoy quietness and chill, still be able to get to all the sandy beaches and other places on motorbike, then Aline's place might be perfect for you. It offers great rooms, fantastic seaview, kayaking or board paddling. She also runs her own little restaurant and there is a great bar with draft beer and more food in walking distance. Really enjoyed my time there.

Everything was great

This is an amazing place that I fell in love with. 1. The room is luxurious, spacious, with panoramic windows and an incredible view of the sea. For me this was a huge plus, since I worked during the day and a balcony with such a view and the sound of the sea was my dream 2. The owner Aline is incredible. Hospitable, attentive, always ready to help with any question, you can really feel the warmth and love with which she treats her guests and her business. 3. Insanely delicious food. Aline's cooking is beyond praise. My favorite is mango smoothie and rice with seafood. I didn’t want to leave, I really felt at home. I hope that I will return to this magical place.

We arrived during the off-season and weren't informed that the staff leaves at 3 PM. From 3 o'clock onward, we were completely alone at the hotel, which was genuinely scary and uncomfortable. They just left us a key to get in... This lack of communication about staffing hours was concerning, especially for families with children. Additionally, taxis from the hotel to the city center or other activities are expensive, and the journey takes quite a long time. The remote location makes it costly and time-consuming to explore the area. The distance from the rooms to the restaurant and beach includes stairs that become slippery during the rainy season, which poses an additional safety concern for guests, especially families with children.

The hotel owner was lovely and tried to help us with everything we needed. The hotel owner agreed to let us cook in her kitchen, which was very nice of her. The breakfast was nice but not quite filling enough for everyone (I have a teenage son who's constantly hungry...). The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and pleasant. There's a nice beach and kayaks available for guests to use. Overall, a welcoming place with good facilities, though families with big appetites might want to plan for additional snacks!
