The spot are Perfect, The Owner are nice person even thought he speak lil english he tried to help a lot. I have knee problem so its hard for me to climb The stair to 3rd floor, but the view from the room are expensive so i dont mind to come again in this place. LOVE IT Thank you so much Brother

If you’re sensitive to noise you might want to bring some earplugs if you’re going to bed early. You can hear a lot of the things happening outside your door and in the house for example if someone goes up and down the stairs or slams doors. It didn’t bother us that much but if you’re easily annoyed by loud sounds it might be something you want to know and prepare for.

The room was nice, spacious and we got a very good view over the city. It was certainly price worthy! Even though the staff didn’t speak much English they were very nice, friendly and helpful. We could check in right away when we got there even though we booked it not even 1 hour in advance. It’s in walking distance from most things. Very close to some restaurants and mini markets. I would recommend staying here!

No sockets for the kettle; they're all high up and so I had to hold it up until the water was boiled. Would be nicer to replace the disposable sachets of shampoo/soap with refillable containers. Bathroom could be updated a bit. Toilet seat was a little loose. Also, there was a hole in the ceiling which felt awkward. Location isn't the best but it's only a 5min taxi ride to the center.

One of the best rooms I've stayed in in Vietnam. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. Even nicer than the pictures. The balcony is very big and really nice to chill. It's actually an extension of the room with continued parket floors, homey plants and seating. Decent view too. Staff was nice. He welcomed me when my taxi arrived and carried my luggage up to the room. Comfortable bed. Free water.

The window at the toilet is too transparent. Feel not secure as people from upstairs can see clearly from the stairs. Kindly put some tinted.

The location wise is good and calm as we are not facing to the main road. It is 10 minute walking distance to the market. The facilities all included and the great thing host provides early check in without any fee.

it is centrally located, near restaurants and the big night market. It's also a short walk to the lakefront. The building is on the back side, off the main street, which means it's quiet. It overlooks a nice green park. A few doors up is a pizza restaurant, a café and a place selling bánh căn, a nice option for breakfast and something you should definitely try if you haven't. The owner is friendly and helpful, and a little Google translate will get you through the gaps in his English just fine. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the water pressure was very good even though it was the fourth floor.

We discovered there was no hot water, when we told the owner he came and checked also and told us we could either wait 7 hours until the technician will come or pay more for a different room, and this puts us in a very uncomfortable situation because we really wanted to shower so it’s unfair we paid more. After that he showed us the broken boiler outside which meant he ALWAYS knew it was broken and put us in an broken room known so, and even made us pay more.

No escalator, had to walk up 7/8 flights of stairs with heavy bags. I don’t think our sheets were washed from the previous people, they smelt a bit off.

The host was attentive to our needs and helpful. The rooms were clean and basic, spacious. The toilet and shower is joined together, the TV worked well, and there are some English channels. We stayed at the very top, a few flights of stairs. Note that the handrail is very low, though I am tall. The location is OK, close enough to markets, some 5 mins away. Some bars and restaurants near by, and supplies from the markets 5 minutes away and the supermarket some 15/20 mins walk or a 5 min taxi.
