I think the location of the hotel was very secluded and crowded all the taxi /grab and all of the transportation means are neglecting to drop us at the hotel area due to the road was always crowded and closed specially at night we had difficulty of returning to the hotel because all the grab/taxi driver skipping the road where the hotel area is in. They always drop us nearby and you need to walk a minute or if you are unlucky and it’s raining you need to walk an hour to go back at the hotel.

The buffet breakfast is pretty good and more selection to choose and of course the all staff of the hotel was very accommodating and helpful they make sure that your stay was good pleasant as they are.

The bathroom does not have a rack to place shower gel or shampoo, which was slightly inconvenient.

The breakfast is very healthy and delicious. We can choose not only from the buffet items but also from the made-to-order menu, such as chicken pho or an omelet.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything we needed, which made exploring the area a breeze. The food was superb throughout our stay, and the service was truly outstanding. Special thanks to Lily, the Manager, and the entire team for their professionalism and warmth. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming, which made a real difference. The only area that could use a little upgrade is the shower, which felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the experience. That said, it didn’t detract much from an otherwise excellent stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and exceptional hospitality.

Ongoing construction on the preceding property, however, it is not the fault of the hotel.

1. Very good location to explore the sights and amenities of Hanoi. 2. The staff are nice and very helpful. 3. The delicious breakfast is served at the rooftop with amazing view to Hoan Kiem Lake. 4. One of the best ever value-for-money hotel I have been to.

I like everything about the hotel! I would definitely come back and stay here again next time I am in Hanoi (I already actually have another booking right after this trip because I liked the hotel). - All the staff were amazing. Lily was always helpful and responsive online. Always caring for us throughout our stay. Ryan also assisted us with all the check-in and booking of transfers. Other staff members at the door assisting us with the luggage and the kitchen staff are also very attentive. - Wifi was fast and there was no problem at all. I used it for video calls. - Food was great. Breakfast was plentyful and varied. We had to leave early and the staff prepared a breakfast box for us. - Location was perfect! - The amenties and facilities in the room was complete with a cable TV, hairdryer, hot shower, airconditioning and a mini fridge. The room was also clean.

Bed was uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a piece of cardboard.

Very clean. Great location. in the middle of the old quarter close to Hoan Kiem lake. Many spas and eateries nearby, in particular 4Ps, the pho and the bahn mi nearby were all great. Decent breakfast but there are so many food options nearby it's skippable.

Be aware that this hotel is in the area that is pedestrian only during the weekend. So some walking from/to a tour bus/taxi required. My room didn't have a convenient location for putting my suitcase.

The location is very central yet fairly quiet. Breakfast on the roof terrace was very nice. The room was very comfortable. Lily at the reception was an angle and tremendously helped me to sort out a mess-up with a 3rd party tour booking.

Perfect location with everything within easy reach. 1-2 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfast was great—loved the fresh salad, and especially the bacon! The staff were incredibly polite and professional. Very easy to communicate. I highly recommend booking a room with a lake view—it’s absolutely worth it. Can’t wait to come back to Vietnam.
