Staff were incredibly friendly and the location was perfect.

The buffet breakfast is pretty good and more selection to choose and of course the all staff of the hotel was very accommodating and helpful they make sure that your stay was good pleasant as they are.

I think the location of the hotel was very secluded and crowded all the taxi /grab and all of the transportation means are neglecting to drop us at the hotel area due to the road was always crowded and closed specially at night we had difficulty of returning to the hotel because all the grab/taxi driver skipping the road where the hotel area is in. They always drop us nearby and you need to walk a minute or if you are unlucky and it’s raining you need to walk an hour to go back at the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful especially Lily (the hotel manager). Location of the hotel was very strategic.

There was no luggage rack in the room.

The breakfast is very healthy and delicious. We can choose not only from the buffet items but also from the made-to-order menu, such as chicken pho or an omelet.

The bathroom does not have a rack to place shower gel or shampoo, which was slightly inconvenient.

Very well located hotel in a quiet little street. Close to everything. Very friendly staff and Lily is always there to answer questions and fix last-minute problems. Perfect breakfast. We stayed there for a week. We recommend. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything we needed, which made exploring the area a breeze. The food was superb throughout our stay, and the service was truly outstanding. Special thanks to Lily, the Manager, and the entire team for their professionalism and warmth. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming, which made a real difference. The only area that could use a little upgrade is the shower, which felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the experience. That said, it didn’t detract much from an otherwise excellent stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and exceptional hospitality.

1. Very good location to explore the sights and amenities of Hanoi. 2. The staff are nice and very helpful. 3. The delicious breakfast is served at the rooftop with amazing view to Hoan Kiem Lake. 4. One of the best ever value-for-money hotel I have been to.

Ongoing construction on the preceding property, however, it is not the fault of the hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located with an excellent team to assist you.

The room was modern, right in the city centre. The staff was incredible. The receptionists Ryan and Duc were the kindest, most helpful staff I have ever met. Their service passed the highest level. Thank you so much for your kind and professional approach.

There was no such thing

I like everything about the hotel! I would definitely come back and stay here again next time I am in Hanoi (I already actually have another booking right after this trip because I liked the hotel). - All the staff were amazing. Lily was always helpful and responsive online. Always caring for us throughout our stay. Ryan also assisted us with all the check-in and booking of transfers. Other staff members at the door assisting us with the luggage and the kitchen staff are also very attentive. - Wifi was fast and there was no problem at all. I used it for video calls. - Food was great. Breakfast was plentyful and varied. We had to leave early and the staff prepared a breakfast box for us. - Location was perfect! - The amenties and facilities in the room was complete with a cable TV, hairdryer, hot shower, airconditioning and a mini fridge. The room was also clean.

I was ably assisted by the owner of the hotel even prior to our arrival. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and the area has a nice view of the lake. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was nearby to everything you need..the staff has warm greeting and a smile especially ms lily . And for busy area location so far the room we stay is quiet whic is good

The room is very smaĺl no space to put for luggages if you a have a medium size of luggages,.for three nights stay they only clean the our room once its terrible.,toilet in our room doesnt have a rack to put a shower toiletries.
