Great location close to Ben Thanh, Bui vien walking street, Saigon river. Very exceptional service and communication! Loved the breakfast on the rooftop and friendly staff. Newer side of hotel has very comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. Foot bath is a unique feature.

A little construction noise but that is very common in this area.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming! It was so cheap for being near the city. And they did a towel setup for our recent engagement

It was a bit sketchy when we first arrived but it was nice once we were in the place Still had to get a grab everywhere (which is cheap also)

Bed, shower and breakfast are great. And personal are so nice. We ll come back.

We really enjoyed our stay Chez Mimosa. The team is absolutely fantastic, very kind and the lady at the reception has always been there for advice and support, with a great sense of service. The hotel is very well located, in a peaceful street. The rooms were perfectly clean and recently refurbished. Very positive experience!

The staff was extremely helpful! We had a late flight to catch and they let us take a shower even after check out. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was quite nice! Would definitely recommend! And the tours the hotel offers are totally worth it!

The staff here is so lovely! They are genuinely friendly, personable, and so helpful. This was my first stop in my Vietnam trip and they made it very easy to get settled in. What sets them apart from other hotels is how proactive they are about communicating with you, offering pick up and drop off services to the airport as well as tour bookings with a reputable tour company (whose guides were also really great). I got local food recommendations close to the hotel as well, which was great on the first day when I was jet lagged and too tired to go very far. The hotel is not on the main drag but is a short walk to some local attractions, and because it’s slightly out of the way and the entrance is in a little alleyway, the location was quaint and quieter at night. I felt very safe here! Breakfast was also nice. Loved the fresh fruit and being able to eat in the shade on the roof.

We loved staying at Chez Mimosa. The staff was incredible and very very helpful (helped us book train tickets, kept our bags after check-out, and even let us take a shower after check-out before our night on the train). We especially enjoyed breakfast on the terrasse and the complimentary foot bath. Also the calm street of the hotel was appreciated, before entering the hustle and bustle of Saigon. We cannot recommend Chez Mimosa enough!

Lovely big room with balcony from which to watch the world beneath. Super clean and comfortable bed . Terrific breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.

The area is a little seedy

A small hotel with 18 rooms in a quiet street and lots of eateries around. Still near the city. In the heat we prefered to take s taxi. Just install Grab on yr phone. They re great and its cheap. Staff very polite , helpfull and always friendly. Linn was super!She arranged airport pick.up and drop off and booked our Mekong delta tour. All perfect. Room very clean, with water , coffee tea and making facilities and sweets and fruit as welcome. As well a surprise for the first and last evening. A foothbath! And voucher for footmassage! Free washing service for small items,just what fits in the box. In the morning it s picked up and it s back in the evening. Great!! Breakfast simple but good with fruits,marnelade,2 cereals,juices?bread and egg- or pancakespecialties on demand. Just enjoying it on the rooftop. If you go to HCMC i can realy recommend this hotel. Location , cleanliness,service, staff,price all perfect.

We liked everything.Thank you all Chez Mimosastaff!!! But if you have problems with mobility: To reach the first floor you have to take a steep chair first. An elevator brings you from 1st till 4th floor but the rooftop at the 5th floor is reachable by 2 stairs. We were in the building next to the reception. Probably it is different in the building from the reception...You better check with them before.

Amazing staff who were so helpful- with everything from booking rides to surprising us with nice foot baths at night. The free laundry was a very nice touch too.

Unfortunately, there is a new building going up right next door which ment plenty of noise from 7am till late. And over the weekend, you could hear the bar music a few doors up and chat till three in the morning. So you couldn't get much sleep unless you use wax earplugs.

The entire staff were welcoming and went our of their way to ensure that we had a great experience. When we arrived (late at night) we learned that our reservation had been upgraded so that the two rooms we'd booked for our family were right across from one another. Other special touches were the complementary footbath (welcome at the end of a day of walking) and the free laundry service. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the rooftop setting was charming. A special thanks goes to Anna, who communicated with me in advance about our booking and arranged for our transportation to and from the airport.

There is a building behind the hotel undergoing construction and the family member who stayed in the room on that side was awakened by early morning construction noises. While that building work continues it might be a good idea to alert travelers about which rooms may be noisier and suggest/provide earplugs for light sleepers.

Good breakfast,but no yogurt or muesli. The staff were all extremely helpful,polite and cheerful--11 out of 10 for staff. The hotel was very clean.
