The family went great lengths to display kindness. I arrived with a bad fever and stomach problems. They went to the pharmacy in the rain to get me medication, offered hot artichoke tea & checked up on me throughout my stay. The host and father were so incredibly generous and humble. I also left my wallet on check out. They mailed it to me in Saigon. Very hot water on premises and a good blanket.

    Everything was perfect.

Though the location was a bit inaccurate on Booking.com's map, the owner's family came to pick us up in no time. Very kind and hospitable people running the place! The room is comfortable, wifi is strong, there's hot water and electric outlets are functional and well-positioned. Enough place to hang your clothes, etc. The owner even payed attention to have lightbulbs with changeable cold and warm light! Awesome! Great kitchen, and she even prepared the fire for a BBQ under the roof with silent rain in the background...just perfect! Have I mentioned she made us hot tea and put out bananas for the guests? Oh, and she lent me a phin to make my morning coffee, since I had lost mine on the way. Highly recommended.

    Nothing comes to my mind.

The rooms were as expected. A bit small but clean and equipped with the most important things. The hostess is really friendly and helpful. There are also free bananas from their own plantation and tea which we found really nice.

I stayed here for a couple of nights as part of my motorcycle tour of the country. If you are on two wheels, this homestay has secure parking on site. This is a very charming place at a very low cost. The farm itself is very beautiful and at night the sounds of the frogs(?) is very serene. I'm writing this review sitting on a terrace overlooking the fields of vegetables listening to them now. I'm on a work abroad vacation and this is a great place to park the laptop and get some work done - WiFi is plenty fast and good coverage in the common areas. The rooms are small, but given what you will pay to stay here this is not a con - I got a private room with bathroom for hostel prices with full use of the common kitchen. The hot water isn't unlimited - this is a farm - so don't take a 15 minute shower or you'll end your shower with cold water. It's a bit away from the downtown core, but if you haven't been to Vietnam before just download the Grab app (their equivalent to Uber, Uber Eats, and more) and you'll get one way taxis to the downtown core for a buck and change USD or half of that cost if you're solo and opt for a moto-taxi. I unintentionally hitched a ride one night by asking someone if the night market was open that day - she said yes and told me to hop on the back of her scooter because she was heading there. Vietnamese pepper are friendly. Tip: When you get to the spot that Google Maps says is the homestay, you may be confused because you're at a metal bridge. Just cross the bridge and literally right in front of you on the other side is the homestay

Only con is that there are a lot of dogs in the area and sometimes at night they decide to have a concert. It's not too loud, but if you're trying to sleep you'll notice it. Ear plugs solve this problem. Or being a heavy sleeper.
