Great location, short walk to lake- puppet show, note cafe and markets

The staff were absolutely wonderful - so kind, polite, helpful and with beautiful positive attitudes. They arranged a surprise on our arrival of a dessert and decorated bed and gave us a small gift to congratulate us on our recent engagement - so thoughtful and made our day! We also loved the spa, we both had beautiful experiences there The amenities were fabulous and breakfast was delicious. We had our favourite Vietnamese iced coffee of our trip at breakfast!

The room size is slightly small but it didn't worry us at all. We were still very happy.

The team were great, knowing it was my daughters birthday they went all out with a cake and ballons in her room. A nice touch and much appreciated and a great way to start our holiday. Room was great - we had a family connecting room which was super for us. Location was great, easy walking into the heart of the old district and lots of food options close by.

Team could share more tips for new visitors, like download Grab for transport and food, and where to get out cash as it's essential in Vietnam (not like the UK!)

Modern and location is perfect

This hotel is very clean and new. The staff were so friendly, went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. The service was truly unmatched. The breakfast buffet was great as well. Location is great, walking distance to almost everything. I loved the rooftop pool.

We didn't have an issue with the noise as we had a room at the back of the hotel away from the street. Also wish there were more shade up at the pool. The Internet wasn't the fastest.

Such a fantastic hotel! I travelled with my young family and were all made to feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities, location and staff are amazing, and a special mention for Amelia who made our visit feel extra special from start to finish. The hotel staff are all great and very helpful and they manage to provide and warmth, friendliness and level of personal care that many other hotels of a similar rating struggle to provide. The rooms, pool and breakfast were all fantastic. We stayed at 11 hotels during our trip and this was one of, if not the best, that we stayed at during our trip. I was certainly the best nights sleep we had in Vietnam! Would highly recommended and would rate higher if we could. We will certainly stay again when we return to Hanoi!

Nothing at all, it was all amazing

One of the best hotels I have ever been to! The service is outstanding, and the staff extremely accommodating and thoughtful. They even let us use a shower after check-out, before leaving to the airport, and gave us a small take away dinner. The rooms are modern and cozy, and the view from the rooftop pool is amazing! The location is perfect to visit the old quarter, just a few steps away from the Hoan Kiem lake, the heart of the city. We also loved the atmosphere of the small cocktail bar in the basement! Highly highly recommended!

Overall, the experience was a 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond by gifting us a voucher for the bar and even allowing us to use a room to shower before heading to the airport — a truly thoughtful gesture. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every detail and felt right at home. The facilities were excellent. The pool offered stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was also a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were delicious and perfectly prepared. And the underground bar is a must if you enjoy live music; we caught a performance there and absolutely loved it. To summarize, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back.

Rooftop pool/bar. The hotel is very new and modern. Had a perfect cocktail night at the basement bar. Location in the old quarter is perfect.

Great location, friendly staff, smooth check-in and check-out, clean rooms and bathrooms. Great airconditioning. Reno bar downstairs was very cool and made delicious cocktails. Loved the farewell gift as well!

Compared to La Siesta (2 doors down, stayed at preciously) rooms are on the smaller side and breakfast buffet was average. Restaurant menu and room service has no vietnamese food, so we didn't eat there. Rooftop pool was poorly maintained. Unclean tiles, water too warm and pool was so heavily chlorinated, it was not pleasant to swim. Also there is an incredible view of the city from the pool, but the glass is always dirty, therefore ruining the view.

The staff is incredible and amazing. The best thing!

Spa is a little bit overprice and the rooms are very small but this is because they are located in the old quarter.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Staff were superb and couldn't do enough for you. Very good breakfast. Great location - easy walk to everywhere in the Old Quarter and the lake, quick and cheap Grab taxi ride to other tourist attractions.

Service in Vietnam is generally exceptional and Classyc certainly exceeded expectations. The accommodation was comfortable and the food was excellent.
