This place exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in we had the most welcoming and attentive service, the staff (special mention to Tracey, she was wonderful 💛) are all beautiful people and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy every part of your stay. The facilities are perfect, so clean and fresh and light. The rooftop pool has an incredible view over the city and makes beautiful drinks and snacks to enjoy whist up there. We had the pleasure of dining at the on-site restaurant and it was absolutely divine! The best carpaccio we've ever had! Not to mention the delicious breakfast options. The staff went all out to help us celebrate our engagement and all the special touches were beautifully thought out and so caring. I recommend to anyone wanting a warm touch of luxury in hanoi. This is a new hotel in the heart of the old quarter so close to everything you want to see in Hanoi. Each staff member provided an exceptional customer experience - absolutely faultless - we loved our interactions and helpfulness from reception, concierge, bar and restaurants. Food was amazing, facilities including an awesome rooftop pool was outstanding. It was quiet and well appointed. Would definitely come back.

The location of this hotel is superb – everything is very close, with many sights to see and plenty of small shops nearby. Everything was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room size is slightly small but it didn't worry us at all. We were still very happy.

The staff were absolutely wonderful - so kind, polite, helpful and with beautiful positive attitudes. They arranged a surprise on our arrival of a dessert and decorated bed and gave us a small gift to congratulate us on our recent engagement - so thoughtful and made our day! We also loved the spa, we both had beautiful experiences there The amenities were fabulous and breakfast was delicious. We had our favourite Vietnamese iced coffee of our trip at breakfast!

The team were great, knowing it was my daughters birthday they went all out with a cake and ballons in her room. A nice touch and much appreciated and a great way to start our holiday. Room was great - we had a family connecting room which was super for us. Location was great, easy walking into the heart of the old district and lots of food options close by.

We didn't have an issue with the noise as we had a room at the back of the hotel away from the street. Also wish there were more shade up at the pool. The Internet wasn't the fastest.

This hotel is very clean and new. The staff were so friendly, went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. The service was truly unmatched. The breakfast buffet was great as well. Location is great, walking distance to almost everything. I loved the rooftop pool.

Such a fantastic hotel! I travelled with my young family and were all made to feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities, location and staff are amazing, and a special mention for Amelia who made our visit feel extra special from start to finish. The hotel staff are all great and very helpful and they manage to provide and warmth, friendliness and level of personal care that many other hotels of a similar rating struggle to provide. The rooms, pool and breakfast were all fantastic. We stayed at 11 hotels during our trip and this was one of, if not the best, that we stayed at during our trip. I was certainly the best nights sleep we had in Vietnam! Would highly recommended and would rate higher if we could. We will certainly stay again when we return to Hanoi!

One of the best hotels I have ever been to! The service is outstanding, and the staff extremely accommodating and thoughtful. They even let us use a shower after check-out, before leaving to the airport, and gave us a small take away dinner. The rooms are modern and cozy, and the view from the rooftop pool is amazing! The location is perfect to visit the old quarter, just a few steps away from the Hoan Kiem lake, the heart of the city. We also loved the atmosphere of the small cocktail bar in the basement! Highly highly recommended!

Overall, the experience was a 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond by gifting us a voucher for the bar and even allowing us to use a room to shower before heading to the airport — a truly thoughtful gesture. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every detail and felt right at home. The facilities were excellent. The pool offered stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was also a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were delicious and perfectly prepared. And the underground bar is a must if you enjoy live music; we caught a performance there and absolutely loved it. To summarize, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back.

This hotel is an oasis of heaven in the old quarter. Near to everything without the noise. Exceptional service from every one of the staff at all times. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean and fully functional with everything you need. The pool area is a great plus for this hotel- amazing views, a great pool and bar. Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.
